I'm not joking. I've been in Lowe's since 245 pm on 2/12/2021. I'm attempting to purchase price dryer 810.00 washer was 810 plus 279 x2 on pedestals. At the time of this post. It's 4:06 with not a soul spine to us in 35 minutes. Lady literally walks up at 409 pm says the labels in the back are t correct and unsure if they have the washer & dryer now but refuse to sell floor model.. Our 2nd sell associate come up at 410 pm says man your still here. I saw you before I went to lunch. He's now helping attempt to find product we are attempting to purchase. He retired at 415 days we have dryer & washer and 1 pedestal but unsure if he can sell it because someone purchased said item but not tagged etc. I'm beyond pissed about this transaction. Update!!!! It's now 431 pm and we're now walking out the door. I will do my very best to never step foot in this place again Update 3 it's now 445 stopped in parking lot. We're back in store leaving with both washer & dryer. I am still aggravated that we waisted 2 hours dealing with this mess. John the sales associate did his very best. He was associate #2 I speak of. I purchased 30 ft of rolled flooring. Once I rolled it out in the room it was only 26 ft long. Their only response was for me to roll it up return it. All time sweat and labor on me, not a sorry or a discount or a "how can we make this right". It not like I was bringing back a broken screw driver, this was 26 ft of vinyl flooring. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. The last several trips to get supplies there, I have been almost completely ignored by staff. The only success I had with assistance was getting paint (I'm sure they'll be making customers mix their own in the near future), and ONE kind lady in the appliance department. Her name (ironically) is Karen. When picking up a new freezer she was the only one willing to help me load it. Every male there needs to feel ashamed and have their man card taken away. read more

I received the worst customer service in a very long time. Asked for simple help and an associate asked another if what I wanted was possible. The other associate walked across the store and talked AT me like she was scolding me saying "we dont do tjat." And just walked away. I was in utter amazement read more

Customer service staff was rude. I called today to ask if they had any free pallets that I could have, and I spoke with a manager. I explained that I only needed one and if they sold them I was even willing to pay. He explained the could give me one possibly two and to just come into the store. I came in and the people working at customer service were just rude about the whole situation, then stating that the manager was new and didn't know what he was talking about because they didn't just hand out pallets. I am not mad about not getting a free pallet, I'm annoyed because; one we drove all the way there for nothing, two clearly their chain of communication SUCKS, and three they were absolutely rude for no reason. If you don't want to have to explain things because it seems to be an inconvenience to you, then maybe your store should get a better sense of how communication works. read more

They always have the products we need in stock but the employees have no clue where anything is. A few months ago we went and we asked someone if they knew where a specific tool was. He had to ask three different people and all three of them said they didn't know what the tool was. We ended up finding it ourselves. Last week, we were looking for a PVC board. We had two employees tell us they didn't have them at the store and we ended up finding them later on. During that same trip we needed a roll of carpet cut. We finally found someone and they said they'd come meet us at the carpet section in a few minutes after they went to do something. 20 minutes later and they never came back so we left. The store itself is great, but the employees definitely need to be trained better. read more

Bought carpet from Lowes and had it installed by a store coordinated installer. The store called after the job was complete to check on our satisfaction. I told them a door drags the carpet when opened or closed. They said someone would call to check it out. It is now 3 weeks later and no one has called. Other than that the job was satisfactory. read more

At lowes on Sunday again. Bought fridge, store manager was working on floor and helped me pick one out. Nice guy, very helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went to self checkout because I didn't see any other lanes open. The gentleman saw that I had a screaming baby in one hand and would be having a hard time scanning the items myself, so he did it for me. He saw that my paint can was dented from the ladies making my paint and even gave me a discount for that item. Thank you for making my day, Lowes! read more

I don't know what kind of Barney Fife operation they've got up there at Lowe's but it's a joke! My son ordered carpet, was sent 3 times due to it being either the wrong carpet or had damage! Mom orders carpet, they call to have it delivered between 5-9 pm. Get a call at 9:30 this morning with them out there delivering it! Mom runs out to open the door & here it is one huge roll with one guy trying to unload it! What's the matter with you people??? This store's went downhill at a rapid pace! You call up there to talk to someone & after being passed around the store I finally hung up. Rude, untrained people! If the installation goes anything like the rest has someone's going to get an earfull & then some. What people spend on this stuff isn't cheap yet you get treated like your just a number. Remember this, without customers you have no sales & with no sales you have no job! read more
