I have always had a great experience at this location and my last visit a few weeks ago was no exception. I was trying to find an item that was listed on the website in a particular aisle but was not there and became difficult to find. An employee named Ed went out of his way to help us find it. He explored the store, talked to other employees to see if they knew anything... he was super invested in making sure we were able to get what we needed. He connected us with another employee named Jabu who was just as invested. Jabu looked for the item and then explained how another option could work for our application as well. He showed us the product, took us to another aisle that had an applicator that was needed and explained in detail what we needed to do. They both were kind, concerned and great employees and we left very satisfied! read more

Wow I can say the Whirlpool fridge is real junk; I said I did not want it if it did not come with racks for ice cube trays! Well was called later for delivery thought they resolved the issue, no! The doors sag it is cheap and makes loud cracking sounds. Even the Whirlpool decal isn't on straight. Service at Lowes is non existent. I will never buy anything from them again, period. One step further they are not permitted on any property I own or control, including Ott Mobile Home Park. read more

This location needs Improvement. You can walk around the store for hours. Trying to find a product that is not in the correct location. The aisle is closed but no employee working the aisle. And this was over 1 hour, waiting to see who will show up to work the aisle. Pricing is not displayed or tag correctly. Trying to find employee on 2nd shift at this location . Card terminal are falling off the stand or not working. Manger (women) gets mad if a price was wrong and has to give the customer what was mark. Then the manger yells at the employee to remove the markdown now. And if you want the District Manger Name Good Luck No 1 will Tell You Their Name at the Courtesy Desk. Delivery person just drops your items and leaves doesn't let you know Lowe's Delivered your items. The Problem is Lowe's know this is the only store close and customer are STUCK with this Bad Behavior so why Change! All other Locations are 47 & 68 miles away. read more

Never let Lowe's install anything in the house. They installed my kitchen and it was a disaster. Only sent one man to do it. He installed some cabinets unlevel. When I notified Lowe's they stalled and gave me the runaround. It took 3 months to calls every day to get someone to come back and look at them. They sent 2 guys who looked and said they couldn't fix it. They were installed in April ( the original install date was March). It took until end of July to get fixed. They also promised me to refund the installation change, but after they were done the reniged on that. So this whole mess cost me 3 1/2 months so I couldn't finish other things. It also made me cancel my vacation trip. They are incompetent. So find someone else to do your jobs. read more

Wishing there was an option for zero stars. DO NOT BUY THEIR APPLIANCES!!! There warranty program is a JOKE. I've been waiting over 3 weeks to have my family's washer fixed. The repair men have been here 3 times and the company is to cheep to buy the new part instead they keep trying to fix the old parts then breaking more parts in the process. They also have said they were coming to fix our washer three other times and NEVER showed up. I missed work one day and waiting on them and they never showed up. Honestly, this is your typical lowes store. What I like about it is the layout. It just makes sense. Customer service seems to get better the longer the store is there as they seem to be able to keep the people that know what they are doing. I like this store and usually go there a few times a month. I hope they are around the Lewistown area for a very long time. read more

I spent countless countless dollars at this location I never once been stolen from the store never once got caught stealing from the store but yet they proceed to follow me around the store at this point it was harassment asking someone if they need help once it's okay after that no need to keep asking them if they need help. I am completely appalled and I will not be matter of fact or Lowe's establishment altogether. This is not at all how you treat people. read more

4 stars bc we did walk around a bit before we could find someone to help. However, once we found someone, the employee did a great job of assisting us. She searched the shelves for what we wanted (in the plumbing dept). When the item couldn't be found, she looked online and found what we needed and helped us purchase it for free home delivery. Way to go! read more

We had completely terrible service. We were called at 6:30 in the morning to come pick up our bath tub, and when we arrived it took more then an hour for them to get the tub and help us. It was completely disorganized. read more

The Lowes Of Lewistown Pa is the best one in the area. Selingsgrove Lowes sucks big time. Dont waste your time going anywhere else but to the one in Lewistown. Their customer service is usually on top of things. read more
