Some of the worse service I've been going to this place for a long time when I went to the dishwasher and picked out the dishwasher and when I asked someone they was like "we got it in stalk" not even 15 mins later "we only have 3 that's been purchased I went to a different dishwasher and they told me it was sold out then finally after 4 different dishwashers they said they had one in stock. I drive 20 something miles to get this dishwasher and also called to see if they had it and they said yes and when I asked they past it on to someone else it was the WORSE service ever!!! I recommend to going to home Depot!! Selection is comparable to everywhere else. The Value is occasionally better. The service, however, is completely unhelpful - online, phone, and locally, they have no ability to do anything that you can't already do yourself. There is nothing helpful about it. Since I can't give them 0, 1 it is. Went in and bought windows from a quote from my contractor. 8 windows, 5 of one size. Of the 5 only 3 in stock. A restock order in their system. No problem my contactor can start on the windows that you have. Informed Lowes that my contractor would be in the next day to pick up windows. When he arrives he is told that he can't have the 3/5 that are in stock. Gave him some bs about I would have to come in and refund me the cost of the 5 and then recharge me for just the 3. I then called back and and spoke with the gentleman that rang up my sale. He did some checking and said no problem my contractor can come get the 3 windows. He also informed me that one window was out of the box. My contractor shows up to get the 3 windows and they tell me again that I have to come in to get a refund and a recharge that the 5 windows are on a hold. Well that a shocker since the complete charge is on my Lowes credit card. No partial charge or pending charges. Horrible customer service!!! If I wouldn't have empty holes in my walls I'd have my contractor take out the two already installed and return everything and they can refund my entire purchase and have their useless credit card! Next time I'll be visiting Home Depot for my building needs. read more

I'm not sure what the management of Morristown Lowe's is thinking, or if they are, but their plant section has gone completely to crap. These photos are only from outside the fence beyond the gate and are only a sampling of the poor plants they are trying to sell that clearly died or are dying due to laziness and a lack of watering. I'm not sure what kind of qualifications you need to be a "manager" but it clearly has nothing to do with actually managing people or a business now. read more

Do NOT use these people to install your door. They ruined my laundry room door and my flooring around the door then when I called them the manager of installing told me that there was nothing she could do, wouldn't even send anyone bak out here to even look at the messed up job they did. Told me if I wanted it fixed I could order a new door and a new frame and they'd come replace it!!! Then told me I had admitted on a recording line I had altered the door when I did not!! What I told her was I saw their messed up job and was going to just handle it myself but then realized BY LOOKING at it I couldn't do anything without it costing me again. I ordered 4 ea. 12 inch diameter 4 foot long sono tubes. I received 2 ea. I called customer service to fix the order. They responded by sending 1ea. I called customer service again and now after pushing concrete delivery to my site twice I'm still waiting on 1 sono Tube. Next time I'll go somewhere else and pay more but, it won't hold up progress. If you screw up a simple order like this imagine how you could screw up a more complex one. We are doing a remodel in our kitchen thru Lowe's. It has been a horrible experience and has taken over 3 months and we are no where near completion. We started our process back in September and have had to outsource our flooring, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation. This was all suppose to be part of our contract that we signed thru Lowe's. We have damages to one of our cabinets and drawers and now have had a major leak under our sink because the subcontractor that Lowe's provided did a "temporary" fix to the hot water line (in September) that has now busted the cut off and we have water that has leaked into our basement. My husband called Lowe's customer service and when he was transferred to the plumbing department he was hung up on. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend using them to do any repairs or remodels for you. We were told it would be a smooth process and I feel like we were lied to and not helped on the customer service levels nor at the store level by any manager. Here are the list of things that we have experienced so far... 1. No one told us what size of sink to order and we are now on our 2nd sink because the first one did not fit. We also ended up having to go to Home Depot to get my sink because Lowe's does not carry Farmhouse sinks in store. 2. We have it in our contract to pull up all flooring to the sub floor and it was not touched. 3. We have damages to a cabinet door and drawer and also sent the wrong size and color of floating shelves (still not resolved 3 months later). 4. We have an older house and the hot water cut off would not turn off, so the cabinet people looped the hot and cold together which has now caused a huge problem. 5. We were left with capped off electrical and pretty much told we had to figure that out on our own by our consultant. Which we subcontracted out ourselves. 6. We spoke with a manager at our store and asked if the appliances were going to be installed and they were not. They also left all of the boxes for said appliances in our yard. 7. When we finally got the correct sink and had the plumber here to install it, the cabinet people did not build a support to fit the sink into. 8. We had to wait for a month after the cabinets were put in just to get the crown molding finished and the sink support installed. 9. The counter top people finally came about 2 weeks ago and measured (This guy was amazing because he saw the slow drip that is now a leak under my sink and tried to help). I called the next day to get the final paperwork signed and final quote so we can get those ordered and paid for. We are now almost into week 3 and no one has contacted us and my husband tried to call and they said they can't get a hold of the manufacturer. At this point I just want to say screw all of you and get my money back so I can find people that will do it the right way. We spent a lot of money on the project and it has been nothing but a very stressful nightmare!!! read more

They have gone above and beyond to assist us in our house renovations and we have done a lot from cabinets, counter tops, flooring, crown molding, out side fire pit, lights, finish basement and now we are working on finishing the upstairs. Every step of the way we have a lot of help and direction to be able to achieve our goal of a beautiful lake front home and we couldn't be happier with the service not everything has been perfect but they have made to to make anything wrong right and take care of us. Paid $7,000.00 for a new roof and it leaked that night. Called and left messages with my so called "install coordinator" and never got a return call. Finally after many calls to the install office I reached someone who would listen, emailed pictures of the flashing installed incorrectly at the chimney. when the install coordinator called back a few days later he kept repeating "flashing is not in the scope". Really? Lowe's removed the existing flashing and incorrectly installed new flashing that leaked. If it wasn't in the "scope" why did they replace it (incorrectly I might add). Scope or not Lowe's installers didn't know what they were doing and my roof leaks. read more

Just go to Home Depot or a mom and pop hardware store and save yourself the wasted time and aggravation. In the last 2 weeks I've had a busted bathtub surround, a cracked bathtub, a cracked bathroom countertop, and they've been out of 1/2 inch shark bite elbows, 1/2 shark bite cut offs, and 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe.... I'm not building an elaborate and complicated structure... I'm remodeling a small bathroom! And if you DO find what you need but have a question, good luck finding an employee with an answer. They all immediately pull out a cell phone and start looking on Lowe's.com. Good grief read more

She quickly jerked it back stating "no, I'm not going to give you that". I have had 2 awful experiences with their Online Orders/Deliveries department. Margaret continuously gave inconsistent information and several messages never made it to the appropriate person. Long story short, we are taking a complete home renovation's budget to Home Depot. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT have anything shipped to store or truck delivered to your home.
