The customer service on the floor is really bad. You can't find anyone to help you. The cashiers are more helpful and friendly.

The world's longest line exist here. Literally 2 register open on a Sunday for 9 people standing in line while a load of Lowes employee just walking past us and everyone else. No apologies. Just deal with it. Should've just went to Home Depot at least they have about 4 registers open and their customer service won't turn you away if you want to pay and not have to return anything if they weren't even busy. I guess customer service isn't priority at Lowes. But at least I can say that a good number of people did point me in the right direction to the product I'm looking for. Maybe if they let me pay next time then I would come back. read more

This store is the worst store we have ever dealt with Chris who does the orders does not do his job. Promises things then doesn't follow threw pay attention to what he does. He put product in our card for 6 months no interest instead of 24 months no interest and now it's our problem he went in and fixed it but it will take two months for it to clear. Meanwhile our credit is being sucked down. We've done a major home over haul with this store and they simply suck at following g threw. Took them 2 months to start the job and then the store hires inadequate siding installers. It is been a nightmare for 7 months. Turn around and run. read more

I have good credit, not bad credit not awesome credit but good credit that is only gotten better over the years. Lowes gave me a $300 credit card which they promptly reduced to 250, no big deal I've had it for about three years now religiously charging it up and paying it off hoping at one point they would eventually raise my limit. In that time I have purchased vehicles and been approved for several other unsecured credit cards all of which are not maxed out and I go to Lowe's today to buy some stupid item for $160 and get up to the checkout and pull out my Lowe's card for my 5% discount and it is declined. Turns out Lowes has reduced my credit limit from $250-$150... What is the point of this? This is so embarrassing and stupid. You obviously could care less about loyal customers that come back over and over and pay their bills and I don't care what algorithm you're using it's not set up correctly because you have just lost a customer that has been yours for his whole adult life. I will never shop at your store again. Maybe you can do a little digging and figure out how not to lose other customers by embarrassing them at the checkout. read more

I live in Fayetteville and I will never shop at this Lowe's again! I ordered a countertop on SEPTEMBER 11th...today is NOVEMBER 12th and I still do not have the right countertop in my house! The first order was the wrong color and the wrong style. The SECOND order was the wrong color again! I am still waiting on the THIRD order of a countertop. They also told me they would discount the order but have charged my credit card for the full amount. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at the Roger's Lowe's! read more

LOWE'S ROGERS IS SIMPLY AMAZING! I am not someone who does reviews BUT I want everyone to know why this is simply the best store around. I came to the store to fill a need and to help my community. I wanted to donate a Freezer to our local food bank and I knew that Northwest Arkansas Food Shelter, House of Hope, Mission Northwest Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter were give large quantities of food during this hard time. I came in to buy a freezer and it was not in stock. The Sales Manager in Appliances found one, a single freezer, and he went far beyond what any store has ever done for me. I asked if I could price match and save a little money but he spoke to the Store Manager, Mr. Harry Haynes and changed my day! I went to pay and Harry said it was on the store. Lowe's donated a Freezer to help people. They could have charged me, my card was out and I wanted to pay, but Harry said no and insisted that I take it without any expectation at all! The kindness of these people and the professionalism. There I stood in front a Police Officer and Husband and Wife and they each wanted the very same Freezer and rather than selling it, Lowe's donated it. I may live in Fayetteville but I will drive every time I need anything to Lowe's in Rogers just to make sure they know how incredible I think they are and I will make sure that they know how much I appreciate their generosity and willingness to be part of the community. We purchased a double oven range there on October 13. It had to be ordered which was fine. I purchased the range and a 3 year warranty plan. When I checked out they had a promotion that gave me an additional $100 off. Great! They called 5 days later to set up a delivery time. I happened to be in the store so I stopped by the desk and set up a date and time. The morning of the 19th. I watched the associate type type this in the system. The delivery guys showed up at 4 pm. No big deal but here is where it really starts getting worse. When they unload the range, one side has a large dent in it. I refuse it and head back to the store to resolve the matter. I get sent from customer services back to appliances, then to a manager who offers me a 20% discount on the damaged range. I want 25 and he refuses so we agree to order a new one. I am then sent back to customer service to do a credit on the damaged stove and a new purchase. The lady informs me that I didn't purchase a warranty and the new purchase will be $141 more. I am standing there holding the warranty papers as she tells me this. I finally lose it and cancel the whole purchase. She then refunds me $20 less. I question this and she walks off leaving me with a new manager who is clueless. I explain and he refunds the additional $. This is about a 2 hour ordeal. Never again! read more

New washer and dryer installed dented. Repair man has replacement parts and to be done at 8:30 am. 1:30 pm no sign of repairman so I called. I was told, "he'll be there when he gets there, on the way." I have a new house under construction and plan to buy zero from Lowe's. They don't seem to care if they do business or not. They might want to try some employee phone training, it's costing them business. read more

I am posting here because no one at Lowes or their "repair service" has been any help. We spent $25K on appliances for our new home with this company. The appliance sales person assured me that service after the sale would be no problem. What he didn't tell me (he might not have known himself) is that the service is extremely poor. First, I had ordered all of my appliances in August 2015 but explained the house would not be ready until early 2016. He assured me that the warranty would not start until the delivery of the product. That is not the case. They started the warranty on everything purchased back on the August 2015 date. Luckily the dryer broke within the warranty period but this was the start of uncovering the horrible service that Lowes provides on their products. I didn't know who to talk to about the dryer not working so I went back to talk to the original sales person. He is no longer at the store. I talked to a different sales person and he explained that I would need to go talk to the service desk in order to get an original invoice printed out or they could not help me. I stood in line at the service desk while they worked through their line of customers. Once I started working with the service desk associate I learned that he did not have the ability to print out the original invoice. He told me that I would have to call Lowes HQ to get that sent. I asked, do I really need the invoice to get my dryer fixed or replaced? He said it is the only way I am going to get help. He gave me the 800.44Lowes number. I was feeling like this was going to be very difficult to actually get this dryer fixed but there was still alot of unknowns so I was optimistic. I went home and called the number. The Lowes HQ person I was able to get on the phone immediately began creating a service ticket. She said she didnt need and invoice because she had it all in her system. She said the earliest she could schedule the technician to come out was 2 days later between 8am and 12pm. This was longer than I wanted because laundry is piling up but I was willing to take it. I then asked about the warranty being dated for August 2015 instead of the delivery date of January 2016. She said that I would have to call the manufacturer directly to resolve that issue. The next day: I got a call from a outsourced appliance service company. I was in a conference call and couldn't answer the call. They left me a voicemail asking for the serial number of the dryer. I called them back within 30 minutes of their call and it went directly to an answering machine. I left a message explaining that I had the serial number if they could just give me a call back. Also, that I looked forward to meeting their technician tomorrow. I never recieved a call back. So the next morning I called and went directly to their answering machine (I say answer machine instead of voicemail because it sounded like a cheap off the shelf answering machine), which increased my concern. I left a message explaining that I still have not heard back from them but that I was skipping work to stay home to meet their technician. The service company called me an hour later. To their defense I did call at 7:30am and they clearly state their office hours are 8 - 5. The lady at the service company asked me for the serial number which I gave her. She then went on to tell me that I need to disregard what Lowes had told me and the scheduled appointment that they had made with me. What?! She explained that they would need to send a technician out to first diagnose the problem with the dryer, then it would take 3 to 5 days to get any parts that would be needed to fix it. Then they would schedule to install the parts. I said that seems like a very long process. She said yes it is. I asked is your technician coming today to diagnose it? She said no. She would have to create the service order and someone would call me early next week. Today is Wednesday. I told her nevermind because I cannot wait a month to get my new dryer working. Shame on you Lowes for doing this to your customers. I hope others read this and avoid making the same purchasing mistake that I made. A this point I will have to probably have to purchase another dryer from a more credible vendor. read more
