Lowe's in Tahlequah had some deals today!!! Since I mainly came in for some hooks for the camper, I ran into a neat tool caddy. The garden center cashier was super sweet. We did have a good time on a Sunday looking for some garden:patio/ camper set up tools. There are vast number of customer friendly folks working at Lowe's. Thank you for being helpful. On January 12th, I purchased a gas range through the Broken Arrow Lowe's store. For some reason my stove was shipped to the Tahlequah store, so instead of dealing with Broken Arrow store, am now dealing with Tahlequah store that I live over an hour away from. I also paid not only for the appliance, but also for delivery, professional installation, and haul-away of my old stove. I was given a delivery date of February 2nd. On February 2nd, the delivery team arrived. They were responsible for unhooking my old gas range, installing the new unit, and hauling away the old appliance. However, the delivery driver attempted for less than five minutes to disconnect the gas line, stated he could not do so, and told me I would need to call a plumber. The following day, I hired a licensed plumber who removed the stove in under five minutes, costing me $120 out of pocket. Because the delivery team failed to perform the service I had paid for, I had to reschedule delivery for February 9th. On that date, I received a call stating they were on the way to "drop off" the stove. When I clarified that installation and haul-away were included services, I was told they do not perform installations. The driver then returned the stove to the store. After contacting the store again, I was told the wrong delivery team had been sent and that the issue would be corrected. Delivery was rescheduled for February 16th. On that date, I was informed the third-party delivery team decided not to deliver at all and that my delivery was moved to February 17th -- a workday for me. At this point i am beyond upset and asked to speak with corporate. When I spoke with Chris, the manager in Tahlequah, stated he can not give me corporates number without having the new stove installed safely and correctly. He also assured me the stove would be delivered and installed on February 17th if I took off work. I took an unpaid day off based on that assurance. Yet again, I received a call stating they were only able to drop off the stove and could not perform installation or haul-away. At this point, I had incurred $120 in plumbing costs and lost wages due to taking off work -- all because Lowe's repeatedly failed to provide services that I had already paid for. The stove was ultimately left in my garage without installation or haul-away. Later that evening, someone was sent to hook up the stove without prior notification, but they were still unable to haul away the old appliance. I had to personally arrange for the old stove to be removed because I had no means to store or dispose of it. After multiple calls to both the store and corporate customer service, I spoke with Kayla at the Tahlequah location, who assisted in reimbursing my installation kit, delivery, installation fees, and the $120 plumber charge. She also submitted an appeasement request for compensation related to my lost wages and the significant inconvenience caused by Lowe's repeated failures. I later received a call from corporate stating that no additional compensation would be provided because my stove had been discounted. I find this response unacceptable. The issue is not about the product price -- it is about repeated negligence, failure to provide paid services, poor coordination with third-party delivery teams, and the financial loss and inconvenience I endured over the course of more than a month read more

I placed a curbside order and received notification that it was ready to pick up. I went to pick it up. Spent 20 minutes trying to to pick it up and was told that the order was not ready they just send out notifications that's it's ready early so that they do not pass a certain time limit. So basically, they've admitted they are a dishonest company. I wasted an hour of my day trying to pick this up, they were too busy to get it ready right then. I spent $50 in mileage. I asked them if they were willing to do anything to make this right and I was put off to someone else. I asked them that question who put me off to someone else. I asked that person if they would be willing to do anything to make that right and they said I'd have to speak to corporate. I'm not wasting my time with them any further I just won't shop there anymore. I think what makes me the most mad is they won't even offer me a measly 10% off at least in recognition that they messed up. 10% isn't really much but it at least says "we get that we messed up and we're gonna fix it" because you know they can't afford to be giving discounts like that to all pick up orders. read more

If you have to spend your day in a home improvement store...you can't go wrong with this location...Fast, Friendly service with a common curtesy closer to that of pre-Covid...Without using the tired lame excuse of Covid for rude staff and a dirty location... read more

Customer service is lacking and the knowledge of staff working in Appliances is dismal. Sold us the wrong electrical cord for range, which then meant installation couldn't be done when it was delivered. Head cashier (?) was terrible when we tried to exchange the cord. Have been told by other Lowe's staff the one in Tahlequah is terrible and I tend to believe it. read more

Purchased a over-the-range microwave along with delivery and install (was advertised in the department for $103). Was told it would be at least two weeks on the delivery and install... 'not a problem". On week 3 and nothing from Lowes.... called and at first had no record of my delivery and install. Then, they said they had no one to do the microwave install and I could stop by the store and get refunded(?). I'm not a spring chicken anymore... I can't lift and hang that thing on my own... I'm handicapped and it's 53 pounds. I bought a new washer and dryer at the same time from Lowes and they were delivered and installed last week. Having mixed feelings about this store... I guess it depends on who you talk to in the store. read more

It's a Lowes! Once you know what they have, you can count on it, generally speaking. People move slow here... Perfect Tahlequah speed. It all gets done and is reliable. You just can't be in a hurry. The variety of items is great, and they generally have whatever you need. Shop the little stores first and support them: if you can find it, come here!! read more

I have been to my hometown Lowes in Tahlequah OK quite a bit in the last 7 years that I have owned my own home. Yesterday I finally decided that it was time to put up paneling in my bathroom and I also needed some ply wood for my floors. My partner, son and found some paneling that would work for my bathroom even though their supplies were very limited. The paneling we were looking at all the pieces were damages as we were putting them back up on of the pieces stated that it was damages and was $5.00. We decided that at $5.00 a piece it was worth the damage we could cut it and just buy a few extra pieces. I went to look for an associate and found three with a couple so I waited patiently while they were speaking with the other couple. One of the associates looked back at me ands I smiled. The associates finished helping the client and turned from them. They walk directly past me without even acknowledging my presence. I left the store without purchasing anything and will never purchase anything from that store ever again. This has not been the only time I have received this kind of customer service and this was the final straw for me. I am not sure I will ever step foot in any Lowes ever again. read more

I have been remodeling a kitchen for months now. Every step has been a mess. I'm not really ever a complainer. At each twist and turn the thing that would go wrong I'd be fine and be reasonable. But man, I don't know how many times I can take it on the cheek and let it roll... I cannot express how sick in the stomach I am about my experience. I will never recommend this place for a full kitchen remodel ever! The different departments don't communicate well and 2 times a decision was made to change something and no one included me. I have a few very specific things that went wrong, plus a few things I was told and wasn't so.... I am feeling really deflated right now. It's supposed to be a one stop shop but it's not really worth it. Call a contractor. Pay the little extra to feed their family, this corporate business is too out of touch with the customer experience. Best they offered to help was free paint and a little discount on a different color countertop.... I'm not going to relive every moment here, just wanted to give the gist. read more

I loved that all the staff was Covid-19 prepared. I needed some outdoor improvements for my house and I was able to find everything I need with the help of Calli. She was such a great help and even checked me out in the end. I would 10/10 recommend this Lowe's. read more

Without a doubt the most incomplete, understaffed (also undertrained), and lacking lowes Ive been to across the U.S. make the drive to Muskogee or Tulsa its worth the time. read more
