Went to this Lowe's Oct 6 to purchase a counter depth fridge, they were having a big sale, a young girl tried to help me but had no clue so 2 older employees walked by and she asked them to assist me. They all had that "deer in headlights" look when I said "counter depth". Gave them the measurements and they couldn't figure out any fridge that would fit , mind u they still had no CLUE. I finally said "This is basically the blind leading the blind" , I'll go somewhere else. I would have thought they would offer or at least call a "knowledgeable" employee to help, NO they did NOT. Said they were sorry they couldn't help and thanks for coming in! My immediate thought was "Thanks for nothing and you can bet I won't EVER be back inside a LOWE'S" Thanks for wasting my time (to the 3 clueless) employees. I left there shaking my head. Never Use their delivery service. Not only did they put the wrong phone number in. They couldn't change it even when I pointed it out it isn't my number. I called three times to make sure the driver had the right number and they never passed it to the driver. They gave me a 12 hour window for delivery and they feel this is normal. Are all Lowe's employees taught to run when they see customers? Store selection is good overall. Prices are on par with neighboring competitors. A little bit lower prices on some things, a little higher on others. A good selection overall. I will not be returning to this location. As every time I go in and I've gone in three times over the past few weeks; employees are scarce. When I do find an employee they seem bothered that I ask them for help. I did curbside since I'm still recovering from surgery and lifting/loading things isn't something I'm supposed to do. I meant to take a screenshot of the time spent on the phone since they never answered the phone. I had tried to wave at an employee to get someone and the customer that they were helping yelled at me that they were being helped 1st and their little kid waved bye to me. 1st off ... rude.. I would have run in myself but I'm already doing more than I should and by this point it's principle. I'd rather not be idling my car either but it's 100 degrees out. Finally someone came out, clearly saw the phone was still ringing and yes correct # they even have #2 that's meant for curbside. What's funny, they almost tried to load the grill into my car that the rude family was getting. Still sitting here almost 25 minutes later trying to get my order. Fix your phones Lowe's. If your that family teaching your kids to also be rude.. have some class. I won't be back to this location. read more

This place has very nice and helpful people but they don't have much variety unlike Home Depot. They also seem to be low in stock of lots of products. I come here because it's much closer to my house, but it might be worth the extra miles next time to head to the other hardware store read more

This Lowe's by far has the worse customer service ever. I came to pick up a griddle that I ordered online. Picked it up, was charged twice for it and when I brought it to the attention of the CSR she couldn't explain let alone care and walked away after she called for an associate to come help me load up the griddle. After waiting around for 10 minutes on someone to help load it up no one ever came and she never called for an associate again and walked the griddle out to the parking lot and was fortunate to have another shopper offer his help to me. Cashiers need training and the store needs to be cleaned. I went to the Lowe's store in West Valley to purchase a Nest smoke detector. After waiting 15 minutes at checkout for someone to show up to unlock the cage to get my detector out, I realized how filthy everything behind the cage was. No attention is given by the store to keep the thick dust off these pricey electronic gadgets. I should have left the store at the point. If you're ever in the store, take a look at all the cool electronic smart devices behind the cage near the self checkout. I think that my attic has less dust. You'll rethink buying an electronic product that is covered in that much dust. After finally getting my dusty smoke detector, I start paying at the self checkout because that was the only option at the time. I tried using a couple of gift certificates that required the cashier's help. She was clueless on how to enter the gift certificates and so she got a co-worker to help her. One of the certificates was entered and they told me that they didn't know how to enter the second one. At this point another 15 minutes had gone by. I had invested 30 minutes of my day to purchase this filthy smoke detector. I figured that it wasn't worth it and I should walk away before wasting more of my day in their store. I asked for them to cancel my transaction and to give me my gift certificate back and I would go to another store. After waiting another 5 minutes for them to cancel the transaction, they told me that they were unable to make the cancellation. I decided to leave the store without purchasing the smoke detector and let them keep the $25 gift certificate to maybe use it towards cleaning the store or training cashiers. Holy hell dude.. so the same carpet and padding I ordered still has yet to show up to the store for me to pick it up smh.. o did the deli ever option so they were suppose to send a guy out to get a measurement the guy never showed up and his window to show up was a 5 hour gap so he had me waiting for him for 5 hours never showed.. called them and they said oh we can come get it done Monday.. Monday comes he never shows there goes another 5 hours down the drain of time that I could've been doing plenty of other stuff but no I was waiting for this dick head to come but he never did.. called Lowe's told them I'll do the damn carpet myself and pick it up myself so order it now so it can come in sooner.. a whole week and half later STILL nothing lol ‍ same ol bs excuses just like everyone else heard before "the delivery truck broke down" "the delivery driver was a new guy" "sorry we're just the middle man" blah blah blah just a whole bunch of BULLSHIT. For the most part the employees are pretty helpful, until you are in a line at the register and you have 3-4 employees joking around when they could jump on a register and help customers out. I had just bought a house under a year ago. I ordered Levolor blinds for the entire house. I started having issues with two of the Vertical Blinds. I have to say I got very lucky that I spoke with Lisa at the West Valley store. She was very very wonderful, professional and the best customer service I've ever received in this location. This place blows! So many staff members just walking around aimlessly and no one willing to help us get the item we needed from the back. After twenty minutes of help being paged and no response, I being a female with big boobs unbuttoned my top and the next two dudes that walked by offered to help. I've typically had a good experience here and previously gave a better review. Due to working with their delivery department I feel it necessary to revise my stance. I was given a Monday delivery, delayed due to them not having the item I cancelled from the order (and they did not remove). As they have it all the schedule for Tuesday instead after I call back and verify order (having to clarify and correct order again). Wait the all day delivery window on Tuesday, no delivery and no sign. I call back again on Wednesday and which was it's own saga of waiting on hold, give someone the order number, wait on hold longer, have to call back as I was transferred to a number that never picked up (in all around 20 minutes wasted). I call back AGAIN and this time talk to the assistant manager. He tells me that my order is on the truck and that he just signed it off. Great, but wait there's more. Wait all day Wednesday (8 to 8 window) and surprise! NO DELIVERY AGAIN! I have waited weeks for this and now get the run around. I will never again attempt to use there worthless delivery option. read more

Two back to back visits to Lowe's was a success. Mario Garcia was available to help and answer questions on both occasions, and most importantly had great attitude. He made sure we left with all the possible savings and products we needed. This store is clean and isn't packed with people. Mario Garcia works in Building Materials and Millworks. He kept everything real and had good examples to support what we had in mind. Additionally, everyone else who helped us were friendly and seemed happy to be doing their jobs. I tried to use gift cards I was given for Christmas for my purchase and the magnetic strip was not working. Instead of trying to assist me the shift manager or register manager tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. They were not allowed to manually type the card in to be used. When I asked what am I supposed to do with these LOWES gift cards issued from LOWES the woman said " I dunno, contact the person you got them from, we cant help you. " She was completely unhelpful, and made sure to tell me, she was a manager and there's nothing they could do. That's when I said "who's in charge after you?" After waiting in line for over 20 minutes the assistant manager came over and helped me complete my purchase using the gift cards. I told him that the woman told me there was nothing she could do and he apologized and said that's not true. If I had not asked for someone else, I would have left the store and never come back. I own my home less than a mile from this store and may have to visit Home Depot more. read more

This Lowe's is the worst. Truly unbelievable. They have 10 people loafing around the front desk at any given time while 1 person is serving the paint desk where multiple customers wait right in front of them. There are always at least 3 people standing around the returns desk, unless of course there are people waiting for returns, in which case they are all standing around on the other end of the customer service desk. Good luck asking where something is, they will just tell you they don't know. Awful. They could provide the same crappy service with half the people. read more
