I also love that she is a very early riser, so it's easy to drop off my dog before heading off to work. Typically she gets dogs in very early in the morning and gets the grooming finished quickly, so I'm often able to pick up my dog by lunchtime. Highly recommend!

Michelle groomed my little Zoey's hair for over 15 years and when Michelle left another location and moved here - you can bet I didn't hesitate to follow her. She is truly amazing - patient, kind, and so VERY GOOD at what she does. This place also has a wide array of pet food, treats, and other various supplies. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for products. And, they also remember and recognize you and your pet(s) - even the ones that aren't yours that you show up with on occasion! Lastly, they are just dog people here! They have openly told me that it's totally okay to bring my pup here on those cold days when it's not safe outside - and to just walk her around the store for exercise - no purchase necessary. She put me on the path to the South Portland store where I got plenty of help from knowledgeable staff. Although learning about petcos corporate policy on not accepting salt fish returns if they are sick or pass was shocking Thopsham and South Portland fish were well taken care of and properly QT so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I purchased a Lawnmower Blenny and some crabs here that are doing amazing!
