Payment demands continued while the account was in active dispute and before requested documentation was produced. Certified mail sent to the business's last known address was returned as undeliverable due to an expired forwarding order, and the company did not provide an updated service address despite repeated requests. Written requests for clarification and documentation were often unanswered or only partially addressed, and the explanations for claimed charges changed over time without supporting records. Based on our documented cost analysis, we have already paid more than the value of work completed. This review is shared to reflect our experience and to encourage others to carefully verify documentation, licensing, and billing practices before hiring.
