I have a terrible work schedule but they had no problem working with me. You will get a text before they head your way within a short window (unlike companies that tell you 8am-8pm). They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.

The door has honestly never moved this quietly before. The best part was that he completed everything in about 25 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Today I texted because my door would get about 6 inches from closing and then reopen on its own. He responded immediately and was at my house in about 20 minutes. I already knew my garage door springs needed replacing, and he didn't try to upsell me. His price was less than half of the estimates I received from the large companies. He had high-cycle springs in stock, which I specifically wanted to avoid replacing them again in just a few years. Most other companies told me those would have to be special ordered. He also provided a 10-year warranty, adjusted the garage door, and showed me how to lubricate it properly. I'd definitely call EJ again and highly recommend him and will call on him again when needed. His service territory includes La Vernia for no additional trip charges.

I felt badly asking this because Mr Frank is an older gentleman, however our vet said parasites may enter the home via bottom of shoes. After months of dealing with cat diarrhea and finally solving the problem, I absolutely did not want to risk dealing with that ever again! After my requesting this, Mr Frank turned around and walked away from me as I was speaking to him and put his hand up as if to show he was done listening. I followed him down our walkway, apologizing for requesting this and trying to explain the ordeal we went through, but he proceeded to ignore me getting into his van and took off up the road. I stood there speechless and floored what had just happened. I understand about bad days, as many are dealing with unfortunate circumstances these days, but to put a hand up and walk away to a customer that kindly asked to not wear boots in their home left me in utter and complete shock.
