I have been a customer for about 8 years!!! Propane delivery times are ridiculous!!! If you call to…read moreorder a propane delivery and others call in after you but they have a lower percentage than you, they will get their delivery first. So the "3-5 day promise on deliveries" in NOT ACCURATE!!! I am on 9 BUSINESS DAYS AND NO DELIVERY!! So because I prepare and do my due diligences, I get screwed over. For the last week and a half, I have had to use my propane sparingly, so that if we do lose power, I will have some source of a little heat for my family. Yes, I have been extremely patient. (Ordered on 1/20 via voicemail, but it was not put in until 1/22 when I called back, called back on 1/26 and was promised it by the end of the week. Called back at 4:09 on Friday 1/30 as I still hadn't received my propane delivery. Now it's 2/2 and I still don't have it. I ordered propane OVER TEN days ago, (9 business days ago). This is just not fair!!!! PARKER GAS IS NOT FAIR!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They have since started charging a tank fee for people that have been their loyal customers for…read moreyears and then lie about it. I was told that they have been charging that all along which is false. When questioned about this, Carrie said that they changed their policy. I asked for a written copy of the policy which she immediately replied that they took off the tank fee but still wouldn't supply a copy of the policy. A company can't charge more without notification of the customer first. This is illegal. Disconnected service from these people.

You can wash it down with beer or wine if you prefer something stronger than coffee or an icee. This place has it all--oil for your car, winning lottery tickets, propane, a Red Box, something for whatever ails you. Most important they have a clean ladies restroom. I'm not making any assumptions about the men's room--didn't pay it a visit. Customers wore masks and kept their distance. Cashier was not masked while she drank and then only half masked the ready of the time. It cost you a star to have your nose hanging out. I want to feel safe going into a heavily trafficked space like this.
