Horrible horrible horrible experience. They take long to deliver my package they keep pushing my delivery date back to the next day and this has been happening for over a month!!!! To top it off I can't get a hold of them as their number goes straight to voicemail and they haven't answered my request to contact them even though they claim to answer in 24 hours. I can not reach a live person... and this is so frustrating. My package has been in transit for a month, and at least 20 days without an update. I submitted multiple contact request on their website (where they say they will respond within 4 day) and they NEVER respond. Shipping delays could be understood but the customer service here is unbelievably frustrating. I am still without my item, it took just as long to get 2 prior packages from them (1 of which was lost for 2 weeks). I just want to be kept informed about my package... Very disappointing with this company. I was suppose to get my order since December 2nd or 3rd 2022 and nothing yet. They don't answer to the 800-800-8984 only prompts you to use their website. I am not one to write bad reviews, but my experience with Lone Star has been terrible. About 10 years ago I used them regularly and was always happy. I don't know what has happened. I sent an overnight package 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. The tracking page shows it has been in the town I sent it to for the whole time. I have sent numerous messages on the website and only got one response which promised me they would get back to me in 24 hours, then I never heard from them again. If not for that message, I would have thought they had gone out of business as every phone call is a message that does not let you leave your own message or a disconnected phone. I even offered to pick up my own package in the distribution center I sent it too, but I cannot even get a response to that offer. Simply horrible. read more

No live agent!!! the LSO warehouse is located in Harlingen according to website details. I actually drove to the address provided and the location doesn't even exist!! My package has been in Harlingen according to the details provided since March 28th. My scheduled delivery has changed 4 times and now when I check for delivery options the delivery date is gone!! What the actual hell is going on? LSO is literally the worst, Sephora needs to step it up and use UPS or FedEx only! read more

The tracking says they've had my package for a week. It never said out for delivery. No one ever answers the Harlingen office and then I was on hold for two hours to try to talk to someone in Austin and nothing. I will never order from another company that ships with them. read more

For two days I have been unable to receive my package and the tracking information says "Unable to access". I am guessing that they need the gate code to get into my neighborhood. I tried calling the phone number and no one answers and it says the mailbox is full so there is no way to leave a message. FedEx and UPS have no problems delivering to my address. I am worried I will never receive my package. :( read more

The state of Texas used this company to Mail out my Birth certificate. The driver claims he left it by my door on Tuesday the 13th of September and I never saw it. I called to have this issue resolved and the your customer service tells me it's not their responsibility. Most places leave a note saying we missed you and we have your package nope not yall. You leave it so someone can walk off with it like they did with mine. I'm very upset bc now someone has my birth certificate and Their not me. If I could leave yall a negative review I would but one is as low as it gets. read more
