I thought maybe I farted n didn't know it. Not 1 single employee says hello, welcome, nada!! All I get is a mouth gaping open stare. You could tell NO ONE wanted to be there, shocker- the new American business model. I'm an older guy fed up n frustrated with this model, so I stare back. I guess he got the message, finally asked if I was dropping off a package. I guess next time I won't wear my Freddy Kruger mask (JK)!!! Scanned pkage n off I go. I have to say that my experience with Alegra Printing in Harlingen was disappointing to say the…read moreleast. I went in with my husband to get a quote on some business cards and flyers, and, As we entered there was no one at the front desk to greet us. After a while of waiting around some woman came up to the counter to meet us. She didn't even say a word to us, she just looked at us. There was an awkward silence for about five seconds, so we started the conversation. We asked her how much it would cost to print our business cards. She said, "color or black and white?". We answered saying that we wanted color. She didn't have a verbal response, she simply pointed to the wall to the right of us. As we stared at the wall for a few seconds our gaze fell upon a badly placed price list. After reviewing the price list we asked her to give us a quote on our flyers. Her response was short and unfriendly. My husband and I just looked at each other and kindly told her that we would talk it over. She did not even tell us "thank you" or "good bye". We ended up using another printer we found that were cheaper and friendlier.
