New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.

Chris and Mason came to the door and spent a couple hours figuring out the problem that had stumped that other electrician. My house is old and some things done by previous owners were problematic like having that circuit powered by two breakers. They fixed that problem, fixed the outlets and installed a new breaker. They were very pleasant to deal with and they even brought treats for my dog. Will definitely call them going forward for all my electrical needs. Five stars!

My electrician took the time to walk through where exactly I wanted it placed and talked through the best way to run the wiring to minimize visibility. Really appreciated that he made sure I was comfortable with the plan before getting started. The work itself was clean and professional, and the outlet works perfectly. What really impressed me was how helpful he was beyond just the electrical work. While he was here, my patio door handle completely broke off (totally unrelated to his work--someone else in my house broke it). He gave me some informal advice about what replacement part I'd need. Then when he had to run to the home improvement store to grab something for the outlet installation, he offered to pick up the door handle for me too. That kind of thoughtfulness and going the extra mile was great to see and highly appreciated since I had a busy day dealing with kids before a trip. At 1230 there was no show or phone call. I called and she would call Mike and see was going on. She called me back and said he was busy and could we make it another day. She scheduled for the 12th of February at 11AM. Mike came out and I told what I had planned, he took pictures and measurements, and we discussed the all the facts. He said he would go back to his office and figure out an estimate and send it to me by email that day or the next morning. On Monday the 16th of February, I call him. He stated he had been busy and would send the estimate right now, in a voice like I was bothering him. Then he hung up on me before the conversation was over. This is the second time I have tried to do business with this company. The first person was very nice, the problem was they couldn't get the generators. That was in 2021 with a very bad winter. I do not recommend this company and especially Mike Boucher. By the way, it cost them a sale on a 26K Generac Generator.

The tech left to get materials and started a text message chain that went all bad. He wanted money to pay for materials that we had no idea what he was purchasing. He advised he could afford to be out of pocket and wanted money. The price increased to nearly $1000. When we asked for an invoice he wouldn't provide one. Text messages continued to come in saying things like he wanted to get to know me better, that if I didn't pay, he was going to take action. This guy wouldn't provide a business card, invoice or license to operate. Needless to say we still need an electrician.
