I contacted his company because they had 57 reviews on yelp and overall the reviews were very good. They were able to get me a scheduled the next day but they were 15 minutes late and so I scheduled the next day for the first available appointment, thinking surely they would be here on time as it was their first morning appointment. Now it's been closer to 25 minutes and they have not shown up. I really looked at the reviews on yelp, and all of the recent ones were very bad. Perhaps something has changed with this company .... Kitchen Sink faucet repair. Technician came took picture said will replace came back inform me next day that I have to pay another 127 dollars for modification on top of 65 dollars already paid for initial visit. The insurance stated they will replace if they cannot fix but it would have cost me more money than just have it replaced without insurance. They also stated that the Delta faucet has lifetime warranty. So I have to provide the faucet I called Delta they sent me parts only to be replaced. I will end up fixing it myself and buy a faucet. read more

Our air conditioning unit died during the the Texas triple-digit temperature heatwave and before long it was nearing 90 degrees inside the house. CWS was able to come the next day and diagnose the problem. They replaced our old system with a brand-new one at very competitive pricing. I highly recommend CWS Services with no reservations. My mother's home was one of many in Copperas Cove that lost power for 3+ days due to winter storms. Once power was restored, we realized there was still a partial outage in her home. I contacted CWS through Yelp (around 6pm) and received a response within 10-15 minutes. They sent over 2 technicians (Scotty and Christian) who were very professional and friendly. They communicated what they were doing and what the cost would be. The price was very reasonable for an after hours/emergency repair and the job was completed within 2 hours of my initial contact through Yelp. 2/17/2023 - Update. 5-star service once again provided by Juan and Mike, CWS electricians. They are awesome. Our house is getting older, and the light switches in heavily trafficked areas were wearing out, the hard wired smoke detectors were 25-years old, and one of the GFCI plugs was worn out. We bought Leviton spec grade replacements for all of our light switches and GFCI plugs. We also had them install an EMP protector; hoping that if we ever need it, it will actually work (who knows?). Juan and Mike swept through and solved our problems for the next twenty years, and we are very, very happy customers. You will not be disappointed - they have been consistently courteous, professional, and they do excellent work. We have found them to be affordable. 1/26/2021 Juan and Chris, CWS electricians, came to the house and solved four problem areas, installing lighting and a TV antenna. This is their third visit to our abode. They are consistently very professional, courteous, on time, calm, patient, able to work through problems as they arise, and they make sure everything is working and tidy before they go. They are affordable. We appreciate them both a great deal, and are happy to highly recommend them to you. We have had Juan and Chris, of CWS Services, HVAC & Electrical, help us address electrical problems at the house, multiple times. Feb & March, 2020. They are living up to their excellent reputation. The techs worked with are awesome. Unfortunately the company Never has anyone for several weeks to do any work, communication between personnel seems poor as there is always confusion on estimates and work times. Once they arrive the techs I have worked with are dead on the money, informative of questions, quickl+9-y get the job done and explain to the customer what is actually going on with things. I had to have an additional electrical panel installed, it was fully explained to me why the additional costs for this and I was totally happy with things. Friends have been referred, but they too are not willing to wait weeks for light fixtures to be replaced. Perhaps this is a company better suited for commercial work than residential work. read more

Never called me back. They close at 4:00 so waited till 10:00 am the next day and still no call. Trying someone else locally.

My AC unit went out in the middle of the night and it started heating up while we were sleeping. By 8am it was already 79 degrees in the upstairs. I called around to about 15 places half of them didnt even service the other half didnt have dates for service calls for days. I have a 2 month old and it done fast and right. when I called CWS they came out hours later and installed an entirely new system for me for what I was told was a great deal after I called the other local dealers and got there estimates on a full replacement. I need it next day and they came as early as they could and set it up in under an hour. They are fast and reliable and highly recommend there service. They kept the cost down to a reasonable level for a full replacement and istalled it. Now its pumping cold air and we are back in our house. Again Great Service !!!!!!! read more

My 88 year old mother called cws services because she was concerned about a knocking sound in her hvac closet when the ac comes on. 6-23-23. She stated it's not an emergency. 6-26-23 a technician came to her house. She showed him the closet and knocking sound. He heard the sound then said I need to go out side and look at the condenser unit. 20 mints later he came to the door with a 165 dollar bill and said that should take care of it. She didn't know what to do but pay him. That evening I called Barry Sadler the owner and told him what had happened. It was like he didn't comprehend and told me to call him the next day. That is today. Now he isn't answering his phone. With as much ac work out there it's a dam shame to take advantage of an 88 year old and not even address the issue. And now just ignores a call when he told me to call him back. Yes I'm pissed. What a shame read more

I have been utilizing CWS for years and have always been impressed with its continuing professionalism. It starts with the phone call. The friendly office staff are knowledgeable and quickly point you in the right direction. The technicians are all knowledgeable and work well with the City of Killeen Inspectors (which is a high plus). My most recent tech, Darrell, quickly diagnosed and solved the HVAC issue. All techs that have assisted with my problems have been knowledgeable and have excellent competency with a little extra addition, they clean up after themselves. Amazing company!!! Don't bother calling anyone else.. After having problems with my AC, we had a different company come out to fix it. The man charged me $500 in total after "fixing it" 3 times but never actually fixed my AC issue...I even told the man I have a blown fuse but he disregarded me and said it was the thermostat... I finally called CWS. They came out and fixed it within minutes!! He immediately opened the AC and the first thing he noticed was the blown fuse. He even stayed after to make sure everything was good and working. He even checked the AC unit and it's wires. He checked my thermostat wires because the original techs who wired the home had some of the wires mixed up. Even the service before getting the tech out here was wonderful. There was some confusion with scheduling but they were prompt in contacting me back. The electrician was also attentive and checked everything. read more

UPDATE Received a call about the below review. Scheduled a walk-thru with two nice young men that answered my questions and wound up saving me a lot of money. I now recommend this business with the caveat that you make appointments with the scheduler and not the talent, so you don't get lost in the sauce like I did. In any case, the guys that stopped in were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. OCTOBER 2016 I asked for an electrician to install a 220V outlet in my garage for a large table saw. Left at least 2 messages, texts, and the original Yelp message... called again and it just goes to voice mail. Very pleased based on my one experience. I had a problem with a breaker and had called 3 other places and was repeatedly told that the next available appointment was 2 or 3 weeks out. I called CWS and they were able to come out later that day. My tenant (I wasn't there) said they were very professional and courteous. I did talk to them on the phone and they answered all my questions and explained the problem. The amount charged was very reasonable. Called several Heat and AC repair today and CWS was the best. The turnaround on the technician didn't take all day. The best thing was that the manager (Mr Willie) dropped by and check what was wrong with the AC and identify a few diagnosis and then choose the right technician. So glad the technician was able to come before lunch. And with Mr Willie's expertise it made the technicians job much easier to fix the problem. They were done less than hour. Cws for both electrical work and HVAC work has always done very good work for me, they are on time and reasonably priced.

I cant speak to their work, but I can speak to their business practices. Have a $1200-$1500 job I need done with panels and wiring. They wanted to charge me $75 just to come out and see what I have and to take measurements in order to give me a quote. I've never heard of such a thing. Neither have the other 2 electricians I called today for their quote. And its not like I'm 50 miles out, I'm 4 miles away from their office. That tells me they need SOME kind of compensation because they KNOW they weren't going to be competetive if I was shopping around. Oops. Perhaps they are masters of their craft, Ill never know, but buyer beware. read more
