A few days later, I noticed I had some marks on my arm and it was very itchy so I went to the urgent care, and they told me to go to the emergency room where they told me that I had bedbugs, and that the bedbugs came from the clothing I was wearing.. We went back to the location to tell them of the situation, and they assure us that they have no bedbugs, but we found out that everything that they sell is donated by people and then resold at a profit so there is no way of them knowing if someone has bedbugs or not so I suggest that you steer clear to this place. I decided to order a new, repurposed Louis Vuitton belt that was 30% off on Black Friday. Original price $160 sale price $112. As soon as I received the belt in the mail, I tried it on and the silver tip came off in my hand! I looked up their return policy which does state "all sales final." I can see why, it seems they sell defective merchandise. At least my belt was defective. I reached out to the company to ask if they had an exception for circumstances like mine but I received no response. Nothing. So I wrote again asking for a response. Again nothing. Obviously their goal is not to make things right for their customers. I won't be purchasing from them again and I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Buyer beware!
