When we got there, a woman (maybe the owner?) greeted us in the front and explained the process. There is a larger selection of dresses than I expected and they are all protected in plastic. There is a card attached to each dress with helpful information such as available colors and the price. You can pick a few dresses and give it to one of the staff who then help you with changing into the dress. I liked their customer service. The young staffers help pick out dresses based on what you're looking for or what you've picked out and they were great with helping to change in and out of dresses multiple times. They do have a no-camera policy unless you've purchased the dress. This makes it hard to compare dresses because after a while I forget what each dress looks like and which looks better. I wish they would organize the dresses by color so that we don't have to go looking for the color we want. Even though the available colors may not be in the store, it's helpful to see the color in the style in person.
