Prior to this ball joint replacement i had NO performance issues what's so ever. This was evidently a result of their service. When I took my truck in for a scheduled tuneup, they called after about an hour. The scheduled maintenance manual said my O2 sensors were supposed to be replaced. They called because the sensors are a ridiculous $250 a piece. I really, really appreciated the head's up, and their feedback that the sensors would likely be fine for another year or so. Later, I took the truck in for a scheduled maintenance light. Again,they said that I was fine, and that they had done that maintenance last time I was in. I really, REALLY appreciate the honesty. It would have been easy to take advantage and charge, but they are professional and friendly.
