Well we now have the money and we were told that the easement is practically the whole rear yard and we can't put a pool in any type of desirable area and it just crushed my wife's and my kids dreams. It was THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING communicating with him or asking him questions, he would even get snarky in some of his responses. Does he have another full time job that he does and this is just his side hustle? I don't know, but I will NEVER EVER go back to him. He is a liar, he overpromises and oversells.
