Took two weeks longer than told. The front left fender that was buckled was repaired and repainted…read more I appears something "touched" the paint before it was dry and there is a mar in the paint about a quarter inch in diameter. Nothing needed done to the hood; however, it has a white milky film right over the fender they repaired...we can't tell what that is from. The spoiler/ground effects on the left side of the car must have had to be removed to do the fender work and they did not replace the screw in the front holding it on securely. On the rear bumper, they were not able to get the OEM surplus replacement from the dealer they had thought and wanted to put a brand new one on at three times the cost. We told them to leave the rear alone. When we called to check on the progress of the front, they advised they had already "repaired" the rear spoiler (prior to advising about the additional cost and without approval). We told them to just put it back together; we would take care of it ourselves. When we picked the care up, they had put the rear spoiler back together. We did not realize the repair they had done to the spoiler did not include paint. (Who "repairs" without painting?) While the rear spoiler was intact, the repaired portion was only primered! The car was filthy when we picked it up; so we could not see all the defects. Once we washed it and noticed the defects, we contacted them and were told, "You signed off on it." This appeared to be equivalent to the work of a body shop at a vocational school!

My son took in his Buick .. and while the older service guy at the desk can be difficult and blunt ... the other men are awesome and have great customer service. They fixed the issue quickly, at a good price and he was back on the road.

No big deal I alerted the dealership and they took my car in and tried to fix it. A few days later I go back to pick it up and it's all good to go. I drive it for the day and sure enough the same sensor comes back on. I alerted the dealership once again and they took my car in. Heres where things went down hill. I had a progressive snapshot in my car to monitor my driving. I witnessed them driving my vehicle (yes I know they need to drive it to make sure it's working properly) but they drove recklessly and failed to alert me that they unplugged my snapshot which is a red flag to my insurance. I simply asked them why they drove recklessly their response "we need to drive it to make sure its working". I simply asked to call me next time they're going to drive my vehicle. They sighed and said fine. They called and said were going to drive your vehicle to make sure it's good to go then you can come get it. Little did they know I was across the street eating and had a clear view of my vehicle. 30 minutes I kept contact with my vehicle and my phone rings. "Hi this is Tom from G&G Hyundai in Dodge City Ks, I just wanted to let you know that we just parked your car and it's ready for you." I watched them lie to me about driving my car. I talked to the Owner John and he told me that my expectations were to high. Might I add that my vehicle was being driven at 5:35am while in their possession. I never want to go back their I dont recomend it however they had a used vehicle that my sibling wanted. As much as I didnt want to go I did. We were doing the paperwork and they said that the vehicle was sold. A former employee told me later that the owner simply didnt want to sell to us since the first incident. Ok fine, we can take our business elsewhere. My vehicle has a 10-year warranty for the powertrain 6-year bumper to bumper. My check engine light came on and it was for my thermostat. Guess who refused to service my car and made me drive 2.5 hours to the nearest Hyundai dealer. So if you do purchase a vehicle from them. Not only did he fix it on a Sunday when most shops didn't even take are phone call. The next day when the car wouldn't even start he came to are hotel parking lot to jump start the car. Really reasonable priced never added extra charges like most shops would for the jumping the car to get to the shop or due to working on a Sunday. Also is Spanish bilingual. Made it possible for me to get home in time for class the next day totally recommend!

He did and they said nothing was wrong. Less than 2 weeks same transmission trouble again. Said it needed a transmission which is what we told them. Ask them to help us out they said they would take 20 percent off still cost $4000. Even though it had 1000 mile warinity. All they would say is it didn't show a code. But still found metal shavings in it. Will never do business with Lewis again even though I bought a new pickup in 2016 from Lewis ford.

Hand Wash Service Review: I've came here a handful of times…read moreto wash mine and husband's vehicles. $16 for the full hand wash before tip. You just have to pull up to the large door and once they are ready for you they will open the gate and you pull your vehicle inside. They hand wash it and then after you go through a touch-less soap and water wash. They did a very good job each and every time!
