Ten minutes later he arrived and put my truck on his flatbed. After dropping the truck at Walmart, he waited and let me go inside and talk to a manager, then he kindly gave me a ride to a local hotel. Once they took the bumper off they also found other damage including a cracked grill. All and all the damage totaled nearly $3000 which the other guys insurance was covering. Long story short when they told me the grill was cracked and they would replace I made sure to tell them this was not the grill that came with the jeep, this was a chrome grill from an upgraded model that I had purchased and had the dealer install before I even drive the new vehicle off the lot. I also mentioned this to the very professional and attentive insurance guy in charge of the claim (Shawn at progressive). Both parties assured me they would take the model number off the grill I have and order it from that to ensure the correct grill was ordered. Nearly a week later I pick up my jeep and it's the wrong grill. Took another week for them to get it in. They told me it could take an hour hour and half to put the new one on and I just waited. To their credit I was there about twenty minutes and they had the right grill installed and I was leaving. That's why I have then any stars at all. The seeming ability not to listen or follow through on what they said they would do is enough for me not to go back.
