At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier!
