They deliver personal & professional service with a smile every time I call or stop by. They even let me pay my bill over the phone. This is a family run business that treats me like family each and every time I go there. I like being able to deal directly with the designer who is also the owner. There are no pushy sales people to deal with which is a big plus. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. They also have some of the most beautiful Koi fish I have ever seen in their pond. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. Nothing ever breaks on my pool until they are closed for the weekend. :)

Hayley said the company would honor the pre-existing estimate if I wanted to move forward with the project. Within a week Hayley and the crew were at my front door. They were 15 minutes early, which I really liked. Hayley asked that I show them the project and then she went over it with the crew. Hayley made sure I had her direct number in case I had any questions. The crew did a great job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Hayley called approximately an hour later to follow up.
