They had no idea of how to tie it in to my system, and of course when I called back to report the problem I got no help. Also my light was out in spa and I said I needed a new one. But instead of diagnosing the problem as being just a bad light bulb, he installed a whole new light for $400. When I told him I didn't appreciate him wasting my money like that, he just laughed. It's really a shame because Blue Haven used to be a good company.

Original layout was wrong, not following the plan, had to be redone. Most of the work was done by sub-contractors who lacked the ability to do the job correct. It took almost 3 times as long to finish. Shoddy finish. Some of plaster had to be redone, Brick trim started falling off a month later. Plumbing leaked, equipment failed or did not work correctly. Had to hire another contractor to redo some parts and correct all the problems. Warrenties were not honored. Most of the equipment had to be replaced by another company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a construction related business.

During our visit to the new pool store today, after detailed questioning of our pool needs we were given step by step instructions to solve the issues. The products needed for this cost us only $49. I feel like we have been robbed of so much money from your store due to laziness, and lack of education of your employees.
