I repeatedly and respectfully asked for help addressing the root cause. I was seeking solutions and my physical body to function -- not conflict. In fact, I would've told no one if Dr. Jones did the right thing to either fix my knee himself or let his insurance cover the cost for the damages. Apparently the standard in Tennessee allows a physician to perform surgery without reviewing a patient's MRI imaging (fact) and then decline to address the resulting extreme complications, and that is extremely concerning for patient safety. I'd think twice before choosing this Surgeon. I am facing a full knee replacement that will cost me 50k out of pocket. Meanwhile he has completely ghosted me.
