Friendly and professional. Did good job. I had to point out some details missed, but they politely and quickly took care of them.

After paying $238.99 on the detail service, I was told that if I brought the vehicle back, they could buff it out. I'm not sure why this wasn't done during the original service. Based on their recommendation, I scheduled a buffing appointment for Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 AM and agreed to pay an additional $140. I made this appointment a full week in advance. However, at 10:30 AM on the day of my appointment just 30 minutes as l was driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. I expressed that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice, especially via text message rather than a phone call. A customer who schedules a week in advance deserves more consideration and respect. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer loyalty and customer service. It appeared that my appointment was canceled because another customer was spending more money for his service. Whether that was the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. Businesses should never cancel an existing customer's appointment to accommodate a more profitable one. I had already recommended this business to my brother and sister-in-law, who were considering having their vehicles detailed with them. After my experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer relationships should be built on integrity, professionalism, and loyalty not on prioritizing whichever customer generates the highest dollar amount. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cannot recommend Nomad Detail's business based on the customer service, or should l say lack of customer service and loyalty they did not provide.

Mom could have passed the dirty casserole plates out the door to me and I could have saved her some dishpan hands as I banged them out simultaneously. Sponges scratch car paint apparently and you need a good car soap, I didn't even know there was such a product but there is, but I do know that seals can balance plates on their noses which is much more fun to watch than a polar bear riding a tricycle which I really think is in poor taste, how demeaning. Maxing out at a handful per year, I'm still not a car wash kinda guy, it seems wasteful and pretentious, it's annoying up and down street squats. You (I) can and do spend the money under the hood - save those $10.00 minimum costly washes and buy a cold air intake or something else to sweeten the ride and add more trees to the mirror. Because my A-Team / Mystery Machine mobile is "too tall, too many attachments" these too many annoying car wash entry people talking to me are putting me off my tea and instead of repeatedly running them over, I went to a self serve car wash. Oh my what fun what fun! Slide the power water gun from the wall holster and begin blasting away. How I wish to stick the gun hose up their noses and squeeze their lips together and fill their heads like water balloons then slime those annoying attendants with Phase Two Liquid. Istead I applied it to my wheels and rims and under the hood (but that's against the rules so don't do that). Wax cycle caught a slip outta the gear so we went right on blasting and spinning spinning spinning the gun like a spinny top around the van. Singing "ring around the rosey pocket full of posey ashes ashes we all fall down". And went around the edges of The Four Horseman so they look back at the souls behind me through a clear window which is the least I can do because you know how I feel about them.

Great service. They were fast. Effective and efficient. Really enjoyed the service. I had a really…read moredirty car after the kids spilled macaroni everywhere
