When I asked the owner how much the rewards were worth, he became instantly irritated Instead of answering a simple question, he wanted to just give me 50% off and refused to allow me to redeem them. he began screaming and swearing at me--in front of my daughter and ultimately threw me out of the store. He escalated quickly, coming around the counter and getting in my face in an aggressive and threatening manner. It was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and frankly, alarming. My daughter was shaken and I was stunned. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior from anyone, let alone a business owner.
