At this moment, we have rescheduled about 3-4 times, each with the recruiter not showing up to the interview. I am very disappointing with the service I received. I did finally hear back from another person at the company to transition out as I found someone elsewhere who was able to get me better rates. After a few days he called me back and instead of scouting for a job for me with one of his clients he reached out to offer me a job at Plumlee itself as a recruiter. However the catch was I would work for free as well and get paid when I brought in new clients. Kind of like Tractor Supply told him. So why would I work for a company that pays commissions only when he doesn't want to get paid on commissions only. And then when I turned down this role he never called me back and he never tried to get me a job anywhere.
