Our founder has worked for world-class organizations such as General Electric and Johnson & Johnson. Meet the Business Owner: Martin P.

Owner Martin Plumlee is the CEO and President of this full-spectrum executive search & military transition firm in Middle TN. Martin is a is a graduate of West Point and served almost 6 years Active Duty; he serves part-time with the Army Reserves in Austin, TX. He is a 2x veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (13-14 and 19-20). Martin also has over 20 years of executive search experience with global firms such as Robert Half. Martin is passionate about conscious capitalism, servant leadership and serving military veterans. In his spare time, he loves to ruckmarch, play pickleball, and kick the soccer ball around with his son!
