After a year of promises, we had to contact the granite countertop vendor and pay for granite countertops that were included in his bid, if not, they would have never been put in. That was over $4000. I had to provide a porta-potty because he would not. Workers used our bathroom and it looked like a gas station bathroom after the football bus used it. We gave Zack the chance to finish the job, but no response whatsoever. Paid a total of $106,710 to Zach of all Trades for the project and several thousand dollars paid for material upgrades paid directly to the suppliers. Plus another $4,667 for a housing and storage in addition to the porta-potty because he did not finish the job when he was supposed to.
