We chose this company as they were priced a little lower. The pricing was done by Ryan co-owner of the business. When the job was completed or as we thought, Ryan was paid what he asked for and we included a $30.00 tip. So let's start with the soft wash of our home. We have no complaints with the house itself as for the chemical that was used it had a strong smell like that of clorox) the chemical whited out my entire front deck and about 15 feet of our newly resealed asphalt driveway that now has an embedded milky film all over it. Deck and driveway look horrible. Reaching out twice we were promised by Ryan that he will take care of the problem and he would never leave a job unsatisfactory. Well the third time when calling it went to voicemail we let him know this is no way to treat a customer and no way to conduct business. Giving him two days for a return phone we informed him we would take it further. So here We are 3 months down the road. Very Disappointed.
