My brother was having his reception on Maui on 10/19. When our wedding planner fell through last minute, I had to find all the vendors myself. I contacted Signature to rent some furniture and I just could not get through to anyone!! I tried multiple text, calls, and emails. About a week before the event, I finally got a respond back on text saying they'll call me back in a couple hours and those couple hours actually turned into a few days (2 days before the event). If they can't respond to potential clients, I wouldn't expect them to be responsive when you're doing an actual event with them. Blessing in disguise that things didn't work out with this company.

They said no, per the contract deposits were not refundable. We'll, they didn't perform per the contract. AUWE, A`O`LE PONO! BAD BUSINESS!
