I got the gift card but then life interrupted and I did not get around to trying to use it for 6 months or so. Then when I tried to use it, they informed me that they sold off their float therapy tanks. I was not interested in any of their other services so I asked them to refund the amount of the gift card since it was purchased for that one specific service that they decided to stop offering. They refused my refund and just essentially stole the value of the gift card.

They're not very accommodating and don't seem to be thinking in a way that would keep a client coming back to them. I drive 2 hours each way to get here and they don't seem to care to keep my business by coming back. I've spoken to the manager and they're unwilling to accommodate or even consider my requests which have in fact been accommodated at other locations. I understand each location is owned and operated by different owners but I think this location would make more money if they had flexibility to meant each clients needs. Maybe that comes with the management and nurses feeling like they're not confident to make their own decisions that would benefit the client and the business. In that case, I would hope the owners would reflect on this post and reconsider their flexibility. For now, I'll be searching for new IV business that will be able to meet my needs and hopefully at a location closer to where I live.

A man and child arrived and stated that they were there for a 2:15 appointment, then another person arrived. The nurse was experiencing problems with the computer system. Neither the front desk person or nurse explained or apologized for the delay. I was then instructed to enter the IV area. After a 45 minute wait the man and child with the 2:15 appointment were called to begin the appointment. When I approached the desk person my questions and concerns were dismissed. Based on goggle reviews this locations has mixed reviews which I wish I had paid attention to. At this point I choose to leave.

I highly recommend her for the colonic procedure. She is so well informed and kind. I had to have 5 done over a 5 week period, but it finally worked! I lost 14 lbs in total after seeing her for 5 weeks. She also suggested taking "Calm" a magnesium supplement, that has been a game changer. I struggled with insomnia and restless leg syndrome, both which I took medicine for, and have since stopped taking both and replaced with the "Calm". If you're anxious, she will calm you down.and make you feel at ease. Definitely feeling so much better and am so happy I found Debbie at Earth's remedies I'm Dalton. Go check it out! After taking medication that completely destroyed my gut, I was desperate to find someone who could help me get back on track. Her home is clean, welcoming, and Terri genuinely cares for her clients. My appointments are not rushed, they are comfortable, and I always leave there feeling so much better than when I walked in. All of her special touches like setting out a blue covering for me because blue is my favorite color, letting me choose the cover for the heating pack based on how I'm feeling that day, offering a warm beverage if things aren't moving as well as they should, sending me home with electrolyte samples-- these are all things that don't go unnoticed and make the experience better. I came into this appointment expecting professionalism. What I experienced instead was one of the…read moremost uncomfortable and inappropriate encounters I've ever had with a service provider. Rather than focusing on the procedure, Miss Hart steered the conversation into my religious beliefs and political views--completely unsolicited and entirely out of place. I was questioned, judged, and ultimately told that she couldn't understand how someone could be both a Democrat and a Christian. This wasn't a passing comment--it was repeated and pressed upon me throughout the appointment, making it feel more like an interrogation than a service. To make matters worse, I received a follow-up text from her the next day that read: "Well, you said you weren't a Democrat so I don't see why you were offended by me saying that I can't understand how a Democrat can be a Christian. You're an independent so that doesn't put you in that category." She then accused me of lying and intentionally deceiving her because I didn't inform her I wouldn't be returning. That level of entitlement--expecting a client to justify why they won't return after such an inappropriate experience--is astonishing. Personal beliefs have no place in a professional setting unless the client brings them up, and even then, it should be handled with respect. What happened during and after this appointment crossed every boundary of professionalism and decency. If you're considering this provider, ask yourself whether you're comfortable having your beliefs questioned and judged while sitting in the chair. For me, this was a one-and-done experience--and not for the reasons I expected.
