They were easy to talk to and understood the task but did not communicate as they mentioned. When I called in to check on the items after two weeks of the initial drop off. They were very receptive and had the items completed that day! The price for the work performed was fair and I'm glad they were able to fix our items! We will return for other items as needed. I called Sew It Alterations and asked if thy knew how to do military uniforms, and they said yes. I…read moretook my dress uniform in, told them what I needed, and even left them a guide with pictures. Two weeks later when I showed up to pick up my uniform, my patches were sewed on my jacket, pointed 45 degrees backwards. I told them it was wrong and asked them to fix it. Again I showed them pictures and explained how it should look. I went back a week later and it was wrong still. I took my uniform to another alterations shop, where the owner immediately noticed the issue, and removed the patches and fixed it. Do NOT use Sew It Alteration for your military uniforms!
