The initial assessor noted that out house, built circa 1914, had inadequate ventilation and suggested a solution. The workers who installed the roof were polite, professional, and did a great job. Very hard workers in very hot weather. The new roof is amazing. The fix to the ventilation was stunning. Our upstairs always had problems with heating and cooling. The closets were either a sauna or a freezer, depending on the season. I had attributed this to insulation problems. The difference with the new ventilation is amazing. It's an old house so in 98 degrees it still gets warm, but it is WAY more comfortable than it has ever been. Haven't had to use window units at all so far. The closets are remarkably better as well. It has made a big difference to comfort in the summer and I can't wait to see the changes in the winter. The price was reasonable for today's costs as well. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Communication issues occurred both with me as the client and, based on my observations, among workers, office staff, and bookkeeping personnel. The company did not consistently follow the written contract. The agreement stated that pruning and trimming would be performed as needed, but branches were allowed to hang over the driveway and into the street, creating difficulties for garbage pickup and general access. Ornamental plants were also allowed to spread beyond their designated growing areas and encroach on the sidewalk. In addition, one plant was removed, but the stump was left behind rather than being fully extracted. While some basic work was completed, there were concerns regarding communication and adherence to the maintenance standards outlined in the agreement.
