So naturally when I was strolling around the shops at La Cantera, I was excited when I spotted an Aritzia. Because, where else can you find an arcade machine in a clothing store? I was super stoked. Walking in, I scoured the entire store for the metallic arcade machine. I saw the snow globe lit Aritzia puffy sphere, but unfortunately this Aritzia does not have the arcade machine. Queue sadness. What they do have, however, appears to be a selection stylish clothing that is not excessively priced. The staff working here are quite helpful and friendly. They also appear to wear articles of clothing available in the store. They can accurately assess your size for each article of clothing, and won't hesitate to gather and carry your selected articles to the dressing room area. The dressing area contains curtains for each dressing stall. Additionally, there are mirrors which assist you in assessing your own appearance. There are also a few chairs and a couch in that area. Would I come back again? Probably only if they have the arcade machine available. Otherwise, it's not really a place I'd normally shop at since it doesn't contain garments that I wear. I purchased a pair of shoes from here but once I got them home, I didn't really like how they felt…read moreor looked. I never wore them beyond trying them on. I looked online and found another pair I liked in a different fit. When I went to return them, the store didn't have the pair I wanted and only offered store credit (despite these being returned two days after purchasing). I don't have a problem buying another pair of shoes, but if you don't even have them, requiring store credit feels unreasonable at this price point. If I'm spending this much on shoes, it won't be here any more. This isn't the type of customer service I'd expect from a brand like this.
