Friendly staff, a long line (it's a popular store so this is expected), and lots of selection. Their sales are good but most regular-priced items do seem a bit pricey but they're a premium brand so it makes sense. Today the store was pretty warm and an uncomfortable because of it. I've visited several lululemon stores around Texas and this one is by far the worst. I love their clothing and usually feel comfortable in stores but this location had terrible customer service. The COVID limitations were unorganized and they even let some cut the line in front of others who had been waiting. Also, the employees were very rude. I took an item for tailoring and the customer service was awful. They said 5-7 days and I couldn't reach them for a status of my item for 14 days (and it still wasn't ready). They really need to re-evaluate their employees. read more

The selection of merchandise is great and the guy's selection is pretty good as well which can sometimes be hard to ask for at lululemon. This was my first experience at the store at La Cantera. At first I felt out of place but my daughter really wanted some shorts. We end up buying a few items and check out. Apparently, we were given a bag with a hole in the bottom. Some of our items fell out as we walked around before a gentleman told us. I returned to the store to tell them and show them the bag. The first person I talked to offered to give us a new bag. This seemed unsatisfactory to me as we lost merchandise over the defective bag. We then spoke with KYLE who was great! You don't have to practice yoga to appreciate the quality of the apparel at Lululemon. However, these garments were designed with the yoga practitioner in mind. I only wish that they would provide more options for men, even though this is a field usually dominated by women - just don't forget us guys, please. Let me start by saying it is the holiday season everyone is very busy shopping and getting their last minutes gifts , that being said I happen to be shopping with my 2 adult kids as they were a little busy not so much they couldn't say hi to anyone with all the employees there . I had a great experience recently at this store. I made my first purchase of men's pants (and by the way they are comfortable and the ABC technology works)! But what made the experience was the customer service. The rep who helped me was Bianca and she made the experience easy for me and I was able to pick out a couple pairs of pants, a polo and some shorts. Great work here by a great team! The sales associates at this shop, and most Lululemons that I've ever shopped at, were not helpful or nice at all. Rather, they were helpful to a select type of customer, but not me. Not sure if it's because I'm Hispanic or a size 10 that causes them to avoid me. But for whatever reason they are not interested in approaching me or asking if I need help. EVER. Which is a shame. I ended up purchasing two pairs of pants because I love the fit & quality of LL. But the sales associates are ALWAYS so rude! Why is that? Because you work in an expensive workout apparel shop, because the average size of sales associates are tiny, or because of the color of my skin? Would love to know the answer. I have worn this brand for two years and have previously shopped at The Woodlands store. I like the quality of the clothing, however I will never shop at this location (La Cantera) again. There were plenty of Associates in the store but beyond the initial greeting and "can I start a fitting room", the customer service was awful. No follow up or offering to find different sizes.
