The staff at this business is completely unresponsive. I attempted to call multiple times yesterday and sent them a Yelp inquiry to ask about their services to no reply. I arrived at 7 am the next day to try their wash and fold service but ended up waiting around for 15 minutes for nothing, since nobody in their staff were available to help me. I went to the wash and fold spot and knocked on their door.... and nothing. Nobody was there. A complete ghost town inside. I don't recommend going to this laundry service because my experience was very unprofessional. read more

Very clean and machines are always available. $7.50 for the very large load washers; $3.50 for regular size. Dryers are very affordable. Great neighborhood fixture. read more

Typical laundromat. It does not take card I noticed like some I have been too. Overall it is what you would expect.

We would come to Lucky Laundry every so often, but this place has really gone down hill. Roaches is a huge problem. Its not one or two here and there. I will not be coming back to this place. If you continue to go here, please watch your baskets and other items. You may take home a pet that you didn't ask for. & I wouldn't even give this place a star, but unfortunately it makes you give at least one star. read more

As a travel nurse, getting clothes washed can be difficult. Very little time with 60 hour work weeks, so sitting in a laundromat isn't exactly how I want to spend my only time off. We were in search of a laundromat while on vacation and after visiting Sequoia. We found this place to be extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. We loaded up a couple washers and before we knew it our laundry was done. There is a lady there that does laundry if you drop it off. I watched her for a while. She was very meticulous in spraying spots and taking care of each customers clothes. The dollar tree next door sells detergent (Gain) and dryer sheets much cheaper than the vending machines. read more

My dryer broke and I had tons of laundry. When I found out it couldn't be fixed right away, I called them up to see if I could do a full service and was told to bring it in. Service was very friendly, laundry was done same day and folded and packed very neatly and smelled so fresh and clean! Place was very clean and nice. I hope I can fix my dryer soon, but would do business with again if not! read more

Great location and prices. Very clean establishment and the attendant is friendly and attentive. There are cameras every so I feel safer and I know my stuff is also safe. I still wouldn't leave my stuff, but the cameras are reassuring. Also, they have AC and a working wash room for customers. read more

I'm in Visalia for work and I don't really have time to wash my own clothes. This place has been so great and helpful. The workers are nice and kind too. I come in, drop off my laundry, and then go about whatever errands I need done for the day. Usually takes about 2 hours and then it'll all done. Neatly folded and bagged up too. I love it! read more

Traveling to different CA National Parks so stopped in here to catch up on some laundry. Very clean. Efficient machines. More expensive than most other places around the country ($3.25/wash & .25 cents/7 min of drying). They have change & detergent machines as well as drink/snack vending machines. read more

Traveling through this is one of the nicest, cleanest laundromats we have seen from Maine to California. Impressively clean facility with newer machines. Three sizes of loads ranging from $2.00 to $6.25 for larger load machines. If I have to stop and do laundry a place like this makes it so much easier. read more

I watched attendant take a lady's clothes out of the laundry the minute it finished because someone wanted the machine. She didn't even give the lady five minutes to get her own laundry. And yes, there were other open machines. . The attendant didn't check the laundromat to see it the lady was in the building. Just dumped the wet clothes in a basket. The lady literally arrived within a couple of minutes. The attendant couldn't even give her five minutes courtesy. When I suggested the attendent give the lady a few more minutes her response was, "I don't csre." I won't be back. read more
