I deposited $1.50 into a washing machine that I didn't realize was not working (large washer by entrance - on the right). A few minutes later, a Black man brought a handyman - the customer apparently entered approximately $8+ dollars or so before I did. The handyman opened the top of the washer and was attempting to reset the machine. He stated he was not responsible for refunds and to reach out to the number posted in the laundromat. I reached out to that number- (559) 537-9350.There was no response. I reached out again, and there still has been no response. I will be reporting this further. Wow! I was doing a favor for the Kings SPCA and doing laundry, just a couple of dog beds, nothing huge. A little more than my home washer could handle, so, I went to Lainey Lily Laundry to use a heavy duty washer. In my younger, earlier days of laundry, I was always impressed by this facility but realized there are different owners...yeah! So, went to a heavy duty machine next to one that was running with 2 sleeping bags in it...and put in the two dogs beds, nothing huge, mind you, and my Tide pod. Yikes, then a fellow who had been sitting in his car, came in to let me know that the dogs beds/flat pads were not allowed as they would damage his machine. Sleeping bags are heavier when wet, but I explained my situation, he felt the need to show me the damage that had been caused in a prior situation. Long story short, YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER! Worst laundromat I've ever been to in history. Its very trashy rundown inside does not even deserve the one star that I had to give it to leave the review. The dryers do not work. ! The washers barely work. Spent six dollars trying to dry some clothes that were still soaked when the dryer stopped . We had it on high heat, and the clothes were still cold. Not warm at all . We ended up just taking our clothes out and taking them somewhere else to dry . Do not waste your time or money at this rundown laundromat. The dryers will eat your quarters and leave you with wet clothes. read more

I come here often & always have a good experience. Employees are very helpful in resolving any issues that might occur, I've had a machine take my money before, only to find out the machine was broken, I understand they can't afford to have an employee standing around all day, just incase a machine MAY malfunction! So I left a note with my info. and said what the problem was & by the next day an employee had called me to give me a refund! Also I have witnessed customers who were there taking the notices of " MACHINE OUT OF ORDER" down off the machines, I guess they just wanted to be jerks!! Which left customers that came in afterwards unaware that machines were broke!! Also I've seen people WHO WERE NOT CUSTOMERS....Come in to use the change machines & leave without doing laundry...employees from nearby business come there to get quarters to take back to use at their own business! This is a BIG PROBLEM, because it then leaves NO coins for the actual laundry customers to use! I have witnessed these issues on multiple occasions & have informed the owner, who has tried to fix the issue. But in his defense, he can't post a guard to monitor change machines or to watch over customers to make sure they are behaving like honest mature adults & not throwing their trash everywhere BUT the trash cans!! The place can be clean & orderly when it opens but go back 2 hours later & it's all messed up....some people are slobs & don't know how to act like a mature adult and PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!! read more

Never had an issue here. Machines and dryers all have done the job for me and i usually take a big load. Their prices are good. The staff are helpful and nice. Im sure if the workers could be there all day thy would but they only have certain hours to be there unfortunately, but if theres an issue Ive left a note for them and have gotten the issue resolved. This place is always clean...though some people dont know how to pick/clean up after themselves. They have AC which is awesome, soda machine, tv and new washers. Overall this place is good to serve your needs and I'd recommend it to anyone. read more

Love the big dryers! They come very handy especially for big loads I have. I did have a problem with a washer one time it stopped at a certain dollar. They have these refund papers that are by the restroom wall which you fill out your name and number. I slid it under there office door! Couple days later I get a call from them that the washer was full of quarters so that's why it was acting weird but they did give me a refund back. read more

Put $20 in the change machine, took it but never gave me quarters and the owner is nowhere to be found, no phone number to be called to when there's a problem. Called the phone number found on google just kept ringing not even an answering machine. read more

i've came to this place multiple times but last 2 times i've been robbed by the washers. i put money in and then the price goes back to 5 even tho had 1$ left. the dryer are like that. tried to call number doesn't work there's no one to contact when this happens and no number either. it's a sad run down place that's unprofessional. if i could leave no stars i would that's how shitty this place is. read more

Machines are broken or being upgraded. Dryers will not take all your quarters properly so be careful or you'll lose them.
