In addition, there are stamps at all different price points, too. They've got single sentiments as low as $1.79 and cute stamps called {itty bitty}s for $6.99. In addition to their regular retail selections, they have a number of stamp clubs. There's a monthly Kit of the Month and a weekly itty bitty club. Quality is absolutely top-notch. I have hundreds of Unity stamps and have only had one problem. There was a bubble in the rubber on one of my stamps. I e-mailed my issue with a photo of the problem, and they sent another stamp out to me right away. Can't beat that. The rubber stamps are very high-quality rubber mounted on cling foam. They're also cut out for our convenience. The company is active on Facebook and their blog, so there are plenty of ideas and lots of inspiration.

However, when I think of hobbies, I think of model building, beer making, coin collecting, stamp collecting, remote controlled cars and airplanes, games. Generally, those are not the things you're going to find at Hobby Lobby. Instead, you're going to find a lot of home decor. It's not all that different in some ways from a store like Pier One. It has wall art and furniture and fake flowers and knick knacks and decor. That's not what I expect from a hobby store. You'll also find fabric, and craft supplies, and frames and the kinds of things that you would find at Crafts Direct or Michael's. I like the huge selection. There's a lot here you can look at. On this visit we were treated well by the employees. The female employee who helped my son and I in the fabric department was as nice as nice can be. She made eye contact and chatted with us. She was friendly. She apologized when it took a bit longer. Two big thumbs up for her. My children have said that on previous visits they've found some of the employees to be not so friendly. I also found the prices to be generally lower than I would find elsewhere, so that was positive. If you're looking for craft supplies, fabric, home decor, floral decor, or framing, definitely check out Hobby Lobby. We'll definitely be back.

This store is very poorly staffed and the employees they do have are not helpful or interesting in assisting a customer. I've had employees stand directly in front of me , while fiddling with their personal phones, ignoring me for more than 5 min. Absolutely furious! Worse yarn store experience I have EVER had!…read more Now I understand everyone has shit going on, but when ur a business owner, composure is everything!!! I had my sister go and purchase some yarn for a hat for her daughter and herself, I just moved to a new town in MN so it is an LYS I'm unfamiliar with. I was able to turn 2 of the 3 skeins into cakes with no issues, the 3rd was really kinked and twisted in the hank and became worse as I tried to cake it, I had my sister take it back and ask her to exchange it, the twisted yarn would just continue to be an issue throughout and I didn't want to deal with it. This owner was horrible to my sister, words such as "people like you" "get the hell out". I called her in attempt to settle the situation and explain that it was twisted in the hank, she yelled and screamed and basically lost her shit... Now she did throw out a few things going on her life, but again, new to this town and her store, how could I possibly know any of that? I'm sure the people in the store were friends of her but she behaved like this to my sister in front of others, I'm so pisst with my sister being humiliated like that, or anyone thinking they can have temper tantrums and be justified! Don't worry "people like me" who spends $100s a month on yarn won't be back to your store.
