Highly recommend! I came in on a whim, hoping that they could take me in as a walk-in. I'm a hairstylist/bartender so sciatica, my shoulders and legs/feet are in constant pain. I'm also only 411 so people tend to not want to give me a good for Massage. I sadly did not get the name of the wonderful massage therapist that I had. She was not afraid to get in there and put some pressure on those really tight spots in my shoulders and even my sciatica she wasn't afraid to get in there and massage. My shoulders are a mess typically and right now, I left about 30 minutes ago, they feel so good and like I feel my shoulders are actually relaxed versus tight like they usually are. I didn't even realize how tight my neck was but she really gave That some attention and I really think that will help with some of the headaches I've been getting lately! The environment was really nice quiet and comfortable. I knocked out a couple times there. I probably was snoring. Service was TERRIBLE!!! This place scams your money and then is incredibly unprofessional. My significant other and I came here for a massage and on the bottom of their price list it clearly says "FREE HOT STONE". As a client, anyone would know that hot stone is included in the service. I personally did not received the service and asked the manager why and she said "oh you have to tell us that you would like the hot stone because some clients don't like it". That's a bunch of crap...the worker should have offered it to the client from the start especially if you're a new customer. How would a new customer know you would need to ask for the hot stone?? The owner also kept on insisting that it was our fault (as the customer) that we didn't ask for the service. Went back and forth until the owner disrespected us and had the audacity to say it's because you don't want to tip us.. and also insult us and say "we know your kind and the type of people you are." Completely inappropriate and disrespectful to say to a paying customer. My significant other also said that she had to call out the owner about the hot stone (as that was her massager) and she gave an attitude about it while also answering phone calls during the session. I have been going here for over a year. I noticed some of the reviews talked about being forced to tip a certain amount, but I have never experienced that. I had Summer for my massage today and she is awesome! Very professional and strong hands! We paid the $50 fee for 60min upfront and then tipped a little over 20% after the massage. They were thankful. They do charge a $2 fee for credit card usage but I paid cash. I have had some massages that were okay there, (not bad but not super amazing) but Summer was the best so far! read more

These people charge you a transaction fee if you use your credit card. Fine, that's nothing new. But they DOUBLED that fee for me because I was paying for both my mom and myself. I asked them why, that it was only 1 transaction so why are they doubling the transaction fee? And they replied that it's because there's 2 customers (me and my mom) so they have to take the credit card transaction fee for each one of us, despite it being ONE TRANSACTION ALL ON ONE CARD. I was in the area and decided to try this place out because it had good reviews. Bad mistake. Let me preface this by saying that I regularly go to Chinese foot massage places and I know what usually goes into a body massage or a foot massage. I got the 30 min body and 30 minute foot combo. Usually, when you get a foot massage they also work on your neck, shoulders, head, face, arms, and hands slightly. It's not for long, but they release tension in those areas. Here, I didn't get any of that! She literally only worked on my back and my feet. That's it. She rubbed oil on my feet for 30 minutes. So uncomfortable. I'm a student at Cypress College currently, and I had a good four and a half hour break in between classes one day. I have a job that requires a lot of bending over and lifting and so after four days straight of working, my back and shoulders ache. This is right down the street from Cypress, so I decided to try it. Their prices are pretty standard from what I've found. I do wish they'd have a 30-minute full-body massage instead of the 60-minute for $35.00. I ended up going with the $30 for 30-minute pain relief massage. I briefly explained that I have back/neck pain as well as migraines. Their menu says hot stones are complimentary, so she asked if I wanted hot stones and I said yes, but my massage therapist never ended up using them. They do charge an extra dollar for using a credit/debit card (which is actually illegal now, but I digress), heads up. The massage itself was pretty good. I was taken to a private room, but the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear everything else going on around you. It's not a big deal, but it makes the room feel less private. She kept asking throughout the massage if it was okay, which was nice. She would notice when I would flinch because I have a lot of pain in my upper back, and she was sensitive to it so I wouldn't have to tell her to soften up in that area, and then resume the harder strength later. I decided to get a massage here based on the reviews by women (something says "Warning: happy ending place!" when I see reviews by only men at massage parlors). I walked in without an appointment and was greeted and served right away. I got the 60-minute body massage for $35. My masseuse was Kasey, who did a really good job. She worked on my back, arms, legs, face, and scalp (no feet probably because we ran out of time; or she thought I could use a pedicure. LOL). As a previous review said, the walls in each room don't go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear people talking but it's minimal, at least while I was there. And honestly, you're paying $35 for the massage, not the ambience. Anyway, I paid with a credit card and was informed there would be a $1 service charge for it. No biggie. Was worth it.
