What an amazing experience with Helen! I have a recovery regiment that allows me to push myself to the absolute limits in the gym twice a day, every day. I invest in at least an hour a day with my own tools, as well as getting body work done to break up and release fascia. I regularly use Gua Sha tools on my face/head/body, and it has produced drastic improvements in very little time. Not only on the surface, but incredible mental clarity and peacefulness as well. I recently started incorporating face/head massage tools to wear while I'm doing housework or just relaxing...such a game changer. So naturally, I wanted to try a head/face massage done by a professional. Best decision ever, Helen is truly a master at her craft. She is so kind, gentle, and precise. I could tell she loves what she does. Thanks to her, I will permanently include this type of treatment in my recovery plan. I'm particular about cleanliness, and this place is on top of their game. My daughter and I came in thinking we would have a relaxing time but it was the total opposite. We booked the high lite special $105 each just to be in pain lol i thought it was just me and maybe the lady (pinky) had a heavy hand but that was not the case .. as soon as we got in the car my daughter was like "WTH was that" now, I'm not saying it was a bad place but they should advertise what it is , people come in thinking there about to have relaxing time but it's not. For me, although super painful the hard massage I received on my shoulders helped with the tension I had built up. I think she removed all them knots I had in my shoulders which was good. The scrubbing of the hair was super painful, im surprised I didn't bleed .. i wanted it to be over. Then at the end they blow dry you and immediately want you to make a review. I didn't but my daughter did and because they're watching you she felt obligated to write something nice. They even got me to make a short video about my experience for which I lied and said it was relaxing. Kind of put you on the spot. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. read more

I am beyond disappointed in the aftermath of our service. They posted a video recording of me and my group's session despite never asking for permission to film us or letting us know that they ever filmed us. This was meant to be a relaxing moment between girls and their lack of respect for it is shocking. On top of that, they also took a photo of us with their phone, again, not letting us know or asking for permission and created an AI image of us for advertising. THIS IS NOT OKAY! This ruined our very nice spa experience. We had felt taken care of and very relaxed but truthfully the whole photo and video thing had definitely ruined the experience. I'm sad to say but I will not return again--using people's faces and bodies for your own monetary gain without notice or permission should never be practiced by a business. Do better. read more

We came for my bachelorette weekend, truly enjoyed the experience, it was really relaxing. Once we were done, they offered to take a photo of us and I gave them my phone. I later noticed a second employee was taking photos with a second phone, I assumed it belonged to one of the girls in my group. It later came to our attention that they posted an AI altered photo of us on their instagram page. We don't appreciate them not having asked for permission to use our photo, let alone altering it using AI. It's disturbing, and ruined the overall experience. Edit: They also took a video of my group getting our massages and posted it online. It doesn't make sense to have curtains for privacy, but then proceed to record us without our consent, and post it without our consent. read more

The whole service was amazing. Vivian was great!! She was the one who did my hair for me today. The salon is talked away in the business area, near harvest, Fresh, market and crunch fitness. The salons. Ambience is very warm, relaxing and comfortable. This is my very first time here and they were very very accommodating. I only had 45 minutes available, so even though we don't normally offer a session of 45 minutes, they made an exception for me, which I found very accommodating and gracious. I have been dying to try a hair spa and let me tell you it lives up to the hype. It is so relaxing. My hair feels refreshed and super clean and soft! She also blow dried it for me, which was a great after routine. They normally include a facial in their service, but I opted it out because of this. I was given more time with a neck and additional head massage. They have a diverse menu of various prices. Their basic package is $80 for one hour!
