It was my first time at this salon but I appreciated that they were open late and took me without an appointment. Pedicure came out great. My reason for not giving 5 starts is that the nail tech seemed PO'ed and barely said anything to me. No "hello how are you" and not even a "thank you" when I gave her a 25% tip. I was in the area when I needed to fix my broken nail, it was broken under the skin so I didn't want to cut it off. I came here for an emergency fix and ended up getting a pedicure as well. The ladies there took their time to help me out and was really catering to me considering I came in 45 minutes before they closed. The pedicure was rather comfortable and I loved that they use fresh water and not still water, that could be used by someone prior. Huge deal to me. The lady did an awesome job painting on a flower on my big toes, it looks so pretty. For my nails, I love how long my nails are but wanted to file it down to a squarish oval shape and they got it pretty right on. I didn't want my nails to break so I asked them to do french tips with an accent nail and top it with gellac polish to keep my nails strong. The nail lady fixed my broken nail, polished it so you couldn't tell and did an amazing job on my french tips, free hand. I was impressed. I chose to do glitter for my accent nails and she had so many options for the glitter, I was lost as to which to go with, but I went with a nice pink tone glitter for my ring fingers and I loved how it came out. Just a right hint of color without overdoing it. My gel manicure is still strong and it's been two weeks already. I loved the service and the prices are very reasonable as well. read more

This is the first time here and first time getting my nails done since the pandemic began. So happy with my experience I will definitely be coming back. Made a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Very clean, sanitizer offered at door, masks worn, distance between clients, stations wiped down after every customer and they do have certificates of Covid cleanliness hanging. She also made sure multiple times that I like my color I picked it was a new fall color. My first time ever going there and my acrylics looked great! But I noticed they cut and filed my natural nails extremely short and within ONE WEEK 4 nails broke off. I have been getting acrylics for years now and that has never happened. I went back today to just have them removed and was very clear I just wanted them removed and that's it. THEN she asks me for 10 dollars and a tip???? To me that is absurd, especially it being my first time there a week ago and 4 of them break off. I told her kindly that I wouldn't even be here today if they hadn't cut my natural nails so short. I hate to have to write this review, especially since I know small businesses have really suffered over the last year, but I do feel my experience needs to be shared in order to help others. I made an appointment for a fill, and when I arrived at the salon, it was very clear that the tech had never worked with acrylics before. She kept using the wrong tools, and the other tech on the floor had to keep correcting her. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, but they shouldn't have let this woman do my nails with no experience- I made an appointment, so they were alerted of the service I needed in advance. The appointment took 2 HOURS!!! And unfortunately, most of my nails are crooked. I kept politely pointing out the crooked nails during the appointment, but because the tech kept using the wrong tools, she was unable to fix them, and I just gave up. I was charged full price for this appointment which is totally unacceptable, especially since it was clear I was unhappy and the appointment took an hour longer than necessary. If you have acrylics either please make an appointment with an experienced tech, who you're familiar with, or go elsewhere. read more

Really cheap gel manicure, 23 dollars, but literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Nothing offensive or gross happened. Just a terrible manicure, probably about the same quality of trying to do one myself. Had to get to work and couldn't spend time making them redo it so I'll probably pay to get it redone later today somewhere actually capable of doing a manicure worth paying for. read more

I had gel manicure there twice. The young lady dug so deep cleaning my cuticles it cause a swelling of of nail. I went back and told her to about it and what did she do, dug deeper and told me it was extra skin. I now have an infection in that nail and another. Just went here for the first time, I love it! Not busy, which at first made me nervous. The girl was quick, but didn't rush; pleasant, but not too chatty. She shaped my nails perfect. Gel polish is as close as it can possibly be to my cuticle without touching. And the price was perfect. Toe polish change (which is also perfect), gel manicure, and 1 acrylic for a broken nail was 36$. Will def be back. read more

I have been going for years. They are accommodating, pleasant and do a great job. When I found out that they also did eyebrow waxing I decided to give it a try. It was the best, most professional waxing I have ever had. They take their time and my eyebrows looked great. For years I was only getting pedicures as I wasn't allowed to wear nail polish where I worked. The massage is so good that I wish she could move in with me! read more

Very friendly, but very unprofessional. My nails all popped off after only a week. the woman sitting next to me while i was getting mine done had the same complaint. They rushed me and they also has their kids misbehaving in the salon one asleep on the couch while the other was bothering me as a got my nails done.
