My friend and I last minute decided we needed to get our nails done as the place we previously went to could never fit us in and we were sick of waiting and of their prices. We decided to give Unique Nails a shot and it was so worth it!! Both of us absolutely love our nails and could not be happier! They were so accommodating with us being last minute and even called to let us know we could come in a little earlier than our schedule time. At first I almost drove off. Then I said eh give it a chance. Bad move. I got a pedicure and the girl pulled a piece of skin out of the side of my toe to the point I jumped. Now next day heading to Disney but guess what..I had an infected toe. I couldn't go to a doctor because I was on my way to Orlando. I had to order peroxide and have it delivered to the hotel. My whole trip ruined. I also noticed they don't sterilize their tools. I watched over and over and the same tools they are using on people's feet they are using on people's hands. I went to them when I got back and told them about my foot. All I got was a Sorry. A $6000 trip ruined and I got a Sorry. I wouldn't go back here ever read more

Thavy answered the phone this morning. When she did, she informed me they were now closed on Sunday's, but she was just in cleaning. Well she had me come in to do my dip manicure. She added a bit of sparkle to the fantastic job. I'lol be back in soon, just not on a Sunday. read more

They are amazingly nice over here. I was a regular at another salon in Tewksbury that steadily went down hill over time & could have cared less about their clients. I was/am so happy to have found Unique Nails! They care about their clients & know them by name. I've always been taken right on time & my nails have always come out exceptional. The girls that work there are very professional, check in with you lots of times to make sure you like their work & the owner is always there if you need anything. Her prices are the best in town & the best I have found anywhere actually! $20 for gel manicure & $10 for a gel color change...excellent prices, excellent service, I honestly can't ask for anything more! I've been going to Unique for over 10 years, I absolutely adore them! Everyone is incredibly friendly and they remember EVERYONE/EVERYTHING, specifically the owner. She will ask how my entire family is doing (by their names as well - it's seriously impressive). The prices cannot be beat ($20 gel manicure) and they do free design. Many of their clients are regulars which means they are quite busy, I'd strongly recommend calling ahead for an appointment. I've seen them turn down many walk-ins but that's better for customers, they're realistic rather than making people wait. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for here. This certainly isn't a spa type salon and I honestly do worry about their sterilization sometimes but I've never contracted in infection here in 10+ years. That says a lot considering I go here twice a month. If you're local to the area, it's worth a visit. read more

$40 for a great pedicure and a gel manicure. You can't beat that. Unique nails is not a fancy place but it is clean, great service and everyone is very nice. I wish it was closer to my home but I still drive the 25 minutes for a great mani and pedi. Thank you ladies. read more

I absolutely love this place!! I have been going to this salon for almost 13 years, the last 8 with T the owner and she is amazing and all of her staff is amazing too!! They are extremely friendly and accommodating to everyone who comes in the door! I'm not sure how T does it but she remembers every single person's name who has been there, that to me is exceptional customer service!!! This review is long overdue. Jackie and the others are amazing. I've been going here for years and commute from Somerville to see them. They're always so nice and remember your name. I come here every 2-3 weeks and I'm never disappointed. Only downside is you can't tip on your debit card, but it hardly matters when there's ATM's nearby. read more

The girls are fantastic and very friendly. Every manicure/acrylic includes a free design which most of the time are fantastic. Appointments don't mean much, usually have to wait 15-20 mins to be taken for the appointment time I called for. Every other pedicure is awesome. My nails (acrylics) sometimes come out amazing, other times not so great. I think it all depends on how much they are rushing. Usually only 1 woman to do the acrylics. If you are looking for a cheap place to go, I highly recommend them, sometimes they are great, others they are not. read more

Loooovee this place! It's small, but they are just soooooo nice in there! They have the best prices...no $40.00 (ridiculous!) full set here like some other surrounding nail salon's I know of. I was supposed to be meeting a friend for dinner one evening .She was at this salon ,getting her "usual "services ,and asked me to meet her there .When I arrived ,I was pleasantly greeted, and given a chair to sit by my friend .When I commented that I would love to get a full set , but had not had the chance to cash my paycheck yet, my friend asked if they had time to do a full set (she offered to pay) They graciously said yes and ,did a wonderful job!! I have Reynard's and arthritis in my hands and some other salons are too rough with my hands ,even when I tell them about it . The young lady who worked on me had the gentlest touch!! There are various salons more conveniently located to me , but I will make the trip here..it is worth it !!! read more

Great place!! Everyone is very friendly. Always get a shellac manicure and they do a great job. Prices are reasonable. I always make an appointment and usually sit right down for my manicure when I go in. I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes and usually there is no wait.
