This team is so professional and talented. I've had several antique family photos and paintings re-matted and framed here. Their work is impeccable. I have a fine art degree and used to be an art director. I'm not easy to please. I've been pleased and even slightly captivated with Dalilah's ideas and direction every time. She has a very fine eye for selecting colors and textures that bring out the most interesting details in photos and artwork. Also, the craftmanship is top notch. Went in to get an estimate on a picture frame , was asked to wait 10 minutes , Waited patiently for 15 plus minutes never got service another gentleman came in who was behind me she immediately helped him (white gentlemen ), Sat for a few more minutes then asked if I could just make an appointment , Young lady got very rude as though I was being impatient And I just witnessed her help the gentleman behind me while I was still waiting. Had a great experience at Lucky Rabbet! I had an unstretched canvas (painting of my mom's beloved pooch) that I had no idea what to do with. Let's just say it had been rolled up in a tube just collecting dust for the past 6 months (it was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift). I saw a flyer at Lottie's for a new frame shop in the Columbia City gallery so I went by to check it out. I came in with 3 pieces and one off-the shelf frame with plans to use 2 more inexpensive off the shelf frames. I just needed mats cut and wanted archival products and glass for my pieces. She provided professional advice, didn't try to talk me out of my budget frames and the end products are perfect and exactly what I hoped they would be. Great experience! I took in two antique photographs(large format) in their original frames. I had expected to trash the old frames and start over. Hillary polished a corner of the old frames to show me that under the dirt an age was something beautiful. She had spot on recommendations for a double mat and remounted the prints with archival backing and uv glass. She restored the old frames and the results were so much more than I could ever expect. Now these prints, that would have surely crumbled and been unnoticed, have become works of art to be enjoyed for many years to come. Amazing work! read more

I recently had a wonderful experience with this business. I went in to have a small print framed, and found Hillary and another female employee to be helpful and enthusiastic in choosing the mat and the print, with good advice on general principles in making these selections. I realized they could probably help me with another print, whose mat I had never liked (done at Michaels), so I went home and got it and added this to my order. The small print looks great and I couldn't be happier with the look of the larger art print that was originally framed at Michael's. We simply switched out the mat and it looks much better. Would give more stars if I could. Went in to Lucky Rabbit for two projects, a custom frame and a glass replacement. We spent 30+ minutes going over frame colors, sizes, mat options, etc. She matched my aesthetic with her (expert) eye to find some lovely options. I ended up not purchasing (my own fault, I was sorely under-educated about the price of custom frames), but she still wrote out all of the mat/frame numbers in case I chose to return. She also replaced the glass with a custom-cut piece at no charge, as it had been left by someone else. Incredible customer service and overall superb experience. Highly recommend. read more
