Good quality work. They were too busy? to give me good customer service. I had to call back several times to get their attention. The order turned out OK quality wise. I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices. read more

Had a bunch of digital files for watercolor art prints from Etsy that I wanted to get produced via giclee printing on textured watercolor paper. Used the website form to get more information, they got back to me pretty quick and answered all my questions. Prices were middle of the road compared to other places. Quality of prints were honestly way better than some that I had paid for off Etsy and had shipped to me. If you have watercolor prints that you're framing and want them to look as nice as possible, go with this place! read more

Really great quality! I got some prints done here and will definitely be going back :) When I had placed the order I didn't realize the turnover time was going to be so long, the lady on the phone said 3-5 business days for my two in-store pickup prints but said she could see if she could expedite the process. A few hours later and I got an email saying they were done! They have my business in the future! read more

Customer service at NW Fine Art Printing is exceptional--as a starting out freelance artist, I have so appreciated the one-in-one help & advisement. I've frequented the new Kirkland office and all of my visits--some scheduled, some impromptu--have been received with a friendly & professional attitude. The quality of materials and attention to detail is also fantastic. All the jobs I've had done have turned out beautifully, with my favorite being a stretch canvas print that's been a hit with everyone. This was one of my favorite labs for years. I really like the people here and have been with them from the beginning of the Fine Art venture. Unfortunately, this past year has been a difficult one for them with Quality Control. The errors are so frequent it has cost me a lot of time and money. While they were good about returning money in the end, the bigger deal for me was having to scramble to find other solutions and then apologize profusely to my clients for being 2-3 weeks late on delivering there orders. I hope this is a sing of growing pains they will be able to move past quickly. read more

I have had several photos printed to canvas by NW Fine Art Printing - and I have to say, they do BEAUTIFUL work. While there are some online printers out there that offer you a deep discount (ie Groupon), NW Fine Art Printing is far above what these online printers produce. Each canvas I have purchased is professionally wrapped, and fully backed and ready to hang. From 12" x 18" to 20" x 30", I am thrilled with each print. The print quality is magnificent and I receive continuous compliments from friends/family/guests about the photos. Thank you, NW Fine Art Printing for brightening up my home! I have also utilized their services for work, purchasing a few pop-up banners to use at trade shows. Again, they definitely excel at large format printing. I have been making portraits for years, but I was completely unaware of how difficult it is to make prints of them! I did a colored pencil portrait on heavy drawing paper and took it to fedex, but the print (photocopy) turned out absolutely disgusting. I discovered NW Fine Art Printing and called them. They answered all my questions and were so very kind and professional. It took about a week for them to finish my giclée print, but it turned out magnificently. I still can't believe how amazing the quality is, it looks exactly like the original! AND the print is also on watercolor texture type paper ("elegant velvet" something rather?) so it even FEELS like the original. It is high quality stuff that I am confident will last a long time. To scan an original costs $50, but honestly I just used the fedex scan, edited the crud out of it until it looked like the original, and saved myself $48 lol. They have so many options for the print medium. Their online format makes the process super easy and fun. NW is my new go-to!! read more

I have to say they really do have the best customer service with fabulous attitudes. They really tried their best to adjust my issue and delivered the second version print very quickly. As a professional photographer, I was hoping to engage in some ongoing printing with these folks. They made 3 large metal prints for me last fall. Two were fine, one had significant flaws. They were not interested in reprinting my 28 x 42 metal print with the flaws. We eventually settled on them compensating me with a much smaller acrylic print which I sold at an art festival that basically covered my cost for the 28 x 42 flawed metal print. Today (Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018) I made arrangements to meet a gentleman at their shop to review some photo ideas, the nature of my work, and pursue additional acrylic or metal prints. The store was closed and lights turned off. I called the number (they also have a Kent store), and reached that receptionist and explained the situation. She assured me the gentleman who was going to meet at the Kirkland store was on his way from Kent to Kirkland and would try to reach him enroute. I asked her to call me back. She never called back. I sat in front of the store for an hour, then called again, speaking with another individual. This time I learned that the employee I was to meet with was now at the Kent shop for the day, due to an ill employee. I expressed my displeasure in clear, but respectful terms. I then learned that the employee had sent me an email at 7:00 am, which went to the "family email," not my photography email, so I was unaware of the email and his change of plans. I do not understand using email, when this NWFAP employee and I had had a lengthy phone conversation the previous evening where I confirmed my plan to drive from Anacortes to Kirkland today, in the early afternoon. While I sat at the Kirkland store for an hour, another couple stopped by hoping to enter the store. They were surprised to learn the store was closed. I had by this time determined I was unwilling to pursue business this way. I need a trustworthy business relationship since I am in the business of selling my photography. The gentleman from the Kent store called again while I was on the road and offered to drive up from Kent to Kirkland. The traffic on I-405 at that hour would be abysmal and would take over an hour. I again declined and expressed my frustration after driving from Anacortes to Kirkland, a 150 mile round trip. A total of 6 wasted hours and lost time for an upcoming art festival. I usually try to avoid burning bridges, but this was just unacceptable. read more

I needed a lot of help creating banners for an event I'd been planning. I was in a time crunch, I didn't have the artwork in the correct format for printing, and I was ready to panic. Jeff not only re-created my artwork from scratch, it looked better than before. He offered suggestions for a better layout of my design, and responded almost instantly to my design change requests. The printed banners look so fantastic that I want to hang them up in my apartment even though the event is over. I'm not joking - I still might actually do that. The colors were vibrant, the images are crystal clear, and the text looks great. They are visible from hundreds of feet away, and I got a lot of compliments on how professional they looked at the event. The edges were hemmed and sewn, with grommets to make hanging easier, and I could not possibly be happier with my finished product. I will not use anyone else in the future for design work or printing needs, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Even if you don't need a banner printed, you should probably find a reason to get one. read more
