For me they gave a few minutes, not even enough to wash the tires. The touch free car wash automatic bay was ok enough so I took them up on their referral offer of "get $5 credit for referring others". I referred my daughter. My daughter gets charged on her credit card, puts the app on her phone and about a week later attempts to go for a car wash and her phone is logged out, her account membership has been cancelled. My daughter calls, I'm in the car with her, and they tell her THEY cancelled her membership! She ask why and they said they thought she was me! I then join in as the phone is on speaker, and I tell them well obviously she isn't me, she is speaking, has her own credit card, her own phone, and is sitting right next to me speaking to you. They are like "There is nothing we can do, we do not give refunds even though we cancelled the monthly membership the first day". Afterwards she contacted her credit card company and disputed the charge, the lady from capital one was shocked that a carwash company would do such a thing. My daughter received her money back from that dispute. This left me disgusted, that this car wash company has such poor customer service and they would attempt to steal money from my daughter. There is another car wash behind Dominos and they will be getting my families business from here on out. Stay away from these greedy companies as they do not care about their customers and will have no issues canceling your monthly membership on the first day while stealing your money.
