Zach was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, you could just tell by even a short interaction that he cares about his clients, and cares about doing a great job. His rates were more than reasonable, and he had my truck done within an hour and a half after me dropping it off for my scheduled appointment. I've had my truck fixed for less than 24 hours, but I've already been recommending him to family and friends!

They recommended doing all 4 brake rotors and pads. After the job was completed we got the car back with numerous ABS warnings and other warning lights that were not on when we brought the car in. They tried to say it came in with the warning lights but that was a pure lie and unacceptable and people should be forewarned. I suspect the calipers were dropped or allowed to hang from the abs wiring which everyone knows is a no no. This is a complete failure by this shop. Now the car is essentially disabled far from home. We were told there is nothing further they can do and to take it to a Toyota shop. The shop has changed ownership and I cannot recommend this shop in the strongest of terms any more. I was told by the manager that they would refund the cost of Toyota resetting the computer and clearing the codes. I will update the review if they stand by their word but at this time the fact is I brought in an operating vehicle and was left with a disabled vehicle and 1000 dollar fee. Beyond disappointing. Be careful. I only wish I could carelessly work on one of their cars when they are on a trip.
