Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished!
