Her butterfly pork chop sandwich was actually 2 grilled pork chops (flattened and tenderized) on a bun. Her sandwich was just massive and like mine overwhelmed the bun. I managed to (just) finish mine while she brought half of hers home. Both sandwiches were superbly cooked. My tenderloin was deep fried to a crisp golden brown and her's was grilled yet tender and moist. The flavor of each sandwich was spot on. While mine was tasty, her's was REALLY good! Please note that since seating is limited, early arrival is a must. We got there at 5PM on a Wednesday and left at about 6:15 the place was busy the whole time.
