The folded shirts are more convenient when I go on business travel. Unfortunately on or about every other visit they decide to hang instead. On occasion they have billed me for folded. Until there customer service improves I am unable to give them additional stars. This happened to me on my visit today, when I mentioned they should have been folded they really did not care.
